Looking befuddled and out of place again. His stance is so weak, my mom looks that way when she gets up without her walker. But at 94, she has more acumen than rickety old Joe, seriously

From personal experience, his stance, actions and distant looks are typical of one with dementia/Alzhemiers. It is very sad that the people of the United States of America are represented by someone with these issues. I could go on, but will leave it at that.
