” what the heck is that”, perhaps a reference to the appearance of this person?
One would think Biden, after so many years in public life, would instantly recognize a heckler, who many would deem a whackadoodle, and be prepared with a sound and cogent reply. Nope, he caved.
Mr. President, if you cannot stand firm with this soft inquiry, how the heck can you possibly manage world affairs and dealing with true evil across the globe?
