Karine Jean-Pierre refuses to say if Biden will EVER campaign

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy noted to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre that President Biden announced his campaign more than a month ago but isn’t . . . campaigning, and asked if he ever would.

Jean-Peirre refused to answer, suggesting that as a federal employee, she can’t discuss that campaign. But that’s nonsense. She’s not allowed to participate in political activity, but she can describe what the president is doing.

If he ever has any, is the White House going to leave his campaign events off the official schedule? Of course not.

    She starts every answer with ” as you well know”. That style of parochial chiding is really unbecoming and irritating. Despite the blather that follows, the tone is set to put the reporters, especially Doocy, in their rightful spot, under the heel of their shoe.

    As far as Biden campaigning, the question is valid. But why would they trot out loose lips Joe if they did not have to? They could claim THIS President has too much business of the people to get done, no time to dither around the country wasting time. Besides, nobody cares about Iowa anyway, right?
