White House punts on question about helping the Uyghurs

China is inflicting horrific crimes on the Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang province in China. The White House is averting its gaze – like just about everyone else – and China is getting away with it.

But it would be nice if the White House didn’t pretend that they were doing something about it.

  1. “Apply constant and unrelenting pressure”
That is exactly what he said. The next Q should have been: Precisely how is the USA applying that pressure, give a few examples.
Sad to say, our press is failing in their profession these days.

  2. Where are the rest of the world’s muslim population on this situation? If America was doing this to muslims, they would be rioting in the streets all over the world. On this issue nothing but crickets from them. I think it is atrocious, but why is it America’s problem?
