    Maybe, just maybe, if arrests were treated as the end result of a criminal act, and not elementary school time out, the bad guys would not feel so empowered and in the end, there would be more peaceful arrests, less shooting.
    Police shoot to put down a dangerous person who poses a serious threat to society, and thank God they do.

    Mistakes can happen, but they are rare.

    And when did Joey B become an authority on law enforcement training?
