    Regarding the potential museum, are we gong to end up with museums for every possible skin color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, et al?

    also, he did not authorize any museum.
    He simply signed the authorization to the commission to study the possibility of a new museum. This is such a very low level task, one perhaps performed by a VP at best.

    Its like I authorized the family grocery shopping list. I did not make the list, I did not go shopping, I don’t even have a hint of a clue as to what goes on the list, I simply authorized the “making” of the list.
