Trump on 2024: ‘I don’t think we’re going to have a choice’

The signs that he is going to do this are getting stronger and stronger. But still, with Trump, anything could happen.

According to Fox News:

Former President Trump, teasing his plans for 2024, told Fox News that the country is “getting to a point where we really have no choice” but for him to run for president again.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the former president was asked about his plans for a potential White House bid in 2024.

“I don’t think we’re going to have a choice,” Trump told Fox News. “It is disgraceful.”

Trump went on to bill the Biden administration’s withdrawal of U.S. military assets from Afghanistan as the “greatest embarrassment in the history of our country.”

“When you look at Afghanistan and what happened, and the death for no reason, just for no reason,” Trump said, adding that military “parents – they want to speak with me – they don’t want to speak with Biden.”

“They’re just devastated,” he said.

“It is getting to a point where we really have no choice,” he added.

  1. I hope “the right” can field a candidate better than Trump. DT is just too divisive, the left will continue on with nothing but maniacal hatred.

Can’t we find a candidate that can represent reasonable principles but be eloquent and not revel in combat like DT seems to either enjoy or is unable to manage?

We need more educated voters. Why can’t we just stick it to the man? Why should we balance the budget? Why can’t we trust Islam and China? Why is it pharmaceuticals and lawyers are running the country? How does the government perform when they try to provide health care? These should be election cycle topics, not “He’s insane, he’ll blow up the world!” or “He’s senile, there’s really a shadow group pulling his strings”.

  2. By saying “we” DT isn’t necessarily saying he will run. “We” may be that he must be the king-maker. He’ll designate the non-Jeb! candidate worthy of his endorsement. I welcome that scenario over another DT run.

  3. Maybe another 4 years of Trump is what we’ll need to get back on track. Trump in my opinion was spot on the majority of times. He was only questioned because the media made us question him. Turned out he was right 99% of time.

    1. Yes, I agree with you George. President Trump now has a proven record that he can get things done, things that greatly benefited our country as well as ordinary America-loving citizens. He’s not a politician, he’s a businessman, both great assets to be in the Oval Office. He may have rough edges but then again who doesn’t.
