In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

Sister of service member who died in Kabul told Biden: ‘Burn in hell’

At the conclusion of the ceremony in Dover, Delaware, for the troops who were killed last week in Afghanistan, the sister of one of the deceased had message for President Biden.

According to the Washington Post:

As the families began loading back onto their bus, one woman grew emotional and began screaming in Biden’s direction across the tarmac.

“She said, ‘I hope you burn in hell! That was my brother!’ ” Schmitz recounted.
“I can’t fault her for it,” he added. “We all lost somebody.”

The recounting was by Mark Schmitz, whose son was killed. Schmitz, during his meeting with Biden, took out a photo of his son.

“I said, ‘Don’t you ever forget that name. Don’t you ever forget that face. Don’t you ever forget the names of the other 12,’ ” Schmitz said. “ ‘And take some time to learn their stories.’ ”

Biden did not seem to like that, Schmitz recalled, and he bristled, offering a blunt response: “I do know their stories.”

Several family members of those killed groaned that Biden spent more time talking about the death of his own son, Beau, than theirs.

  1. Interesting that a far left extremist newspaper that is an accomplice of crooked biden, his enablers and supporter of all far left extremist agenda items would publish such a story. I clicked on the link above but could not read the article since I am not a subscriber to that America-hating paper.

I feel very much for those families. On top of their grief there is now anger for which I don’t blame at all. They are not alone in the anger and we grief at the tragic and unnecessary death of those 13 Marine.

May God be with those family members as well as to all of us who love America, who share the pain and grief of those fallen Marines’ family members.

PS: For biden to express his grief to the families over the death of his son who died from cancer was insensitive, inappropriate and inconsiderate. Between this and him looking at his watch says everything about his feelings about this solemn event, about causing the death of those 13 Marines.

  2. It’s all about Gropey, Sleepy Joe. He does not give a rat’s ass about any of those service members. Biden is a disgrace and a traitor, impeachment and being found guilty in the Senate is not a severe enough punishment. I’d rather see three years with a cackling moron eventually hamstrung with Demorats losing the House and Senate in 2022 than the throughly corrupt and dishonorable idiot in the White House.

  3. Good for the families. Our commander-in-chief left the gate to the airport open with a known time and place terrorist attack in the works. Biden only thinks of their deaths as “messy,” as he stated in his press conference last Thursday. He tries to hide his incompetence behind the death of his son Beau.

Biden only thinks of himself, not America, not Americans, and not our military.

  4. These 13 are our highest responsibility and front and center of our emotional response.

But as for Biden, it is not the number 13 that should be attached to him. There are approximately 170 Afghans that died from the same event. 170!!!!!

All of them are on his head and he should be reminded of all of them always, not just the 13.

And no one seems to want to say it, but HE VOTED FOR THAT WAR.

  5. OK, ‘I hope you burn in hell! That was my brother!’… Glad she said it.

The dems have to go. Liberalism has to go. This country (as well as any country) can’t survive it.

  6. I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to top King Barry the Wicked for unmitigated stuck-up narcissism, yet here we are.

I’m starting to think the Biden family tree, is more of a family cactus; it does seem to have a disproportionate amount of pricks on it, amiright?

  7. Beau Biden was a National Guard JAG officer; doing his part-time deployments based in safe area, going outside the wire just enough to get some ‘combat time’.
Beau was not a full-time, front-line deployed US Army solider or US Marine who was always in sh#t and fighting for their lives.

Beau died in a hospital under the best care possible…not blown apart/bled to death by a dirty goat-herder with a suicide bomb in
sh#t-hole Kabul like the way these 13 US Troops died.

  8. I lost a brother who died in an accident at age17. I live with that memory every day, I never forget, since 1980. Its a story I don’t tell often, its private. When I hear others talk of loss, of family, regardless of the cause, I don’t bring up my brother. It’s crass, insensitive, and really does not help them in their grief. I inwardly relate to their loss and use that emotion to add comfort to them. Every time I hear Biden bring up his deceased son, I cringe, I get mad. You are insulting those you speak to and also, the death of your own son. What kind of person uses the death of their child to enhance their own image?
I’ll tell you who…. Joseph Biden.
