    Unlike senile Joe, President Trump had and still has 100% of his cognizant abilities, thus he was not afraid to be around real people. In addition, he did not need a teleprompter to talk to real people. Finally, he was not afraid of being asked questions no matter how ridiculous or insulting they might be. It takes a rigged election to get a certain type of person into the WHouse, an UNREAL type and one not in full control of his cognizance to boot.

I think this proves senile Biden can not be in non-controlled/live event with people who not pre-arranged or do anything without a teleprompter.
