According to the Washington Examiner:
“More than 100 House Republicans threw their support behind the lawsuit the state of Texas filed with the Supreme Court against a handful of battleground states that went for President-elect Joe Biden.
“The 106 Republican lawmakers signed on to a brief with the Supreme Court in support of the case on Thursday, days after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the lawsuit alleging that the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the states of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin unconstitutionally changed how their states vote ahead of the 2020 election.
“House Minority Whip Steve Scalise signed on, while Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Conference Chair Liz Cheney did not.
“‘Due in large part to those usurpations, the election of 2020 has been riddled with an unprecedented number of serious allegations of fraud and irregularities,’ it reads.”
