She’s putting a little unofficial graffiti over the official graffiti. What’s so bad about that?
She was also shouting to “re-fund the police,” and you might notice the cops are going kind of gently on her. Unfortunately, one slipped in her paint and hurt his head pretty badly.

The question is: What qualifies an “official slogan painted on a public street”? Can we walk on it, drive over it, add to it, so many unanswered questions.
Next time I am in DC I will let my dog poop there -LOL
I call that “BLM” paint in DC and NYC nothing but offensive graffiti :-(
