Trump Threatens to Cut Off All Trade With China

President Trump Thursday threatened to end the U.S. trading relationship with China in the wake of China’s handling of the coronavirus.

“There are many things we could do,” Trump told Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo. “We could cut off the whole relationship.”

“Now, if you did, what would happen?” Trump asked. “You’d save $500 billion if you cut off the whole relationship.”

    1. And four years later there was no more Imperial Japan…. so China might want to not awaken a sleeping giant……while being played by the master strategist.

When the enemy is trying to defeat someone it is much easier in my view to defeat some rear echelon type of personality vs some cold, wet, hunger, guy in a fox hole. No telling what that guy would do and while Trump’s material position is of the former I believe his character and scrappiness is of the latter.

As such, China better think twice…

      1. Being a USN Vet I can attest today’s US Navy DOES NOT the Leadership (too much political b.s. with weak-willed Admirals etc) Useless Ships that waste BILLION$ (LCS class, Ford CVN) Not enough combat supply ships for the Pacific.

If/When next decade the US goes to war with Red China…the US Navy will have ‘Guadacanal 2.0’ style defeats & lost battles.
