In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

    1. Ah, yes. When live TV was like walking the high wire with no safety net. ;+}. I can hear the director now yelling at the cameraman to zoom in on her face so someone off camera could fix the door and not be seen. She did a great cool, calm and collected job throughout the whole thing, though.

  1. Love how the World Health Organization (WHO?) announced the Coronavirus is now a pandemic…right in the middle of the U.S. stock trading day. I hate being conspiratorial, but the timing of all this fear and panic seems so odd right after things had quieted down after impeachment…with the media in lock-step (and the establishment Dems uniting behind Biden), this became “the next thing” to bludgeon Trump over…almost overnight.

Sorry for all the tinfoil hat stuff, but I don’t think anything happens by accident anymore.

    1. I promise you the fanatic anti-Trumpers gurus have three ring binders full of “How to take down Trump” tactics and strategies. They’ll try to implement one after the other until they find the one that works. Nothing has worked for them so far. And their “Trump is causing this pandemic” won’t work either.

    2. I gave up the tinfoil hats for copper wiring twisted into a dunce cap, it works.
You’re not wrong to suspect something that ruins a booming American economy just when it was all going so well.
      Too coinky-dink for me, too.
