In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

  1. It’s so hard to find the words to realize the extent of what this all means -not just to MrTrump and his family-, but to all of us who voted for him or supported him.
Years of being insulted, sometimes assaulted, by people who think MrTrump and his supporters should be wiped off the face of the earth is so depressing.

There are many of us who have lost old friends because we voted for the Trump agenda. Families that don’t speak over a disagreement with politics are not rare.
So, now we have a victory dance and who can blame us.
If MrTrump had approached the podium and started chanting “neener, ,neener, ha, ha”, we would all agree.

    1. You are spot on.

We have had liberal friends just disengaged from us.

My daughters fourth grade class in 2016 was asked to “vote” for the president. She was the only one who “voted” for Mr. Trump out of like 25 children. She was ridiculed by her peers and we noticed the teacher treated her different after that. Again…the fourth grade.

My wife’s family split. One literally moved to California with her husband and child and one has not spoken to his mother since January of 2017.

So yes, it’s nice to see some vindication and a Republican standing strong.

      Trump 2020, MAGA forever
