Murkowski Will Not Ask for More Witnesses, Meaning Impeachment Trial is Coming to an End

It might take until early next week, but President Trump will be acquitted very soon now that Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski said she did not need any more testimony, from John Bolton or anyone else.

Her decision was announced very soon after the New York Times dropped another “bombshell,” this one stating that President Trump directed his then-national security advisor to arrange a meeting for Rudy Giuliani with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. The information is contained in another leak to the Times from Bolton’s upcoming book.

None of which changes the basic fact that Republicans do not find Trump’s pressure on Zelensky to investigate the Bidens to be an impeachable offense, whether Bolton says it happened or not.

  1. Thank goodness. The leftists are already starting to lose it on twitter. It will be worse next week and when Trump wins in November there are going to be lots of people requiring mental health treatment.
