In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

They haven’t, and they won’t.

And having cried wolf for three years, the Democrats cannot successfully remove President Trump at this point. They have no credibility.

  1. None Of them are pure. Everyone of them have made poor judgment calls. The fact that Mr. Trump has NEVER been given the freedom to implement his agenda with healthy debate is itself appalling. He can be abrasive. He can be rude. He certainly isn’t a saint but he does not deserve what he has had to endure. He believes in this country. He easily won. The leaking, his own party for the most part not supporting him. Few could withstand that. Then as supporters we are treated as if we are ignorant. I could go on and on. But I’ll spare readers.

  2. Jim Jordan is absolutely right, and the Democrats are too stupid to see that all their evil machinations will ensure President Trump is elected in 2020.

  3. I think anyone who beat Hillary would have been given this treatment. The Dems had a coup in place by co-opting government machinery (such as the FBI) for use as a Democrat Party tool.

They get an extra relish from attacking Trump because he is an outsider who is patriotic and unimpressed by the comfy arrangements that Permanent Washington has created for itself.

The Dems don’t care what they are doing to our culture and the people because their one goal is to get back in the driver’s seat and put the coup in place permanently.

Read “Rule for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky to understand it all.

  4. If the definition of “victory” includes losing the popular vote, then you have it. As a journalist, perhaps it would be better to precise it to “electoral college victory”.

From the other side, this isn’t much of a topic with us. Were it so, the effort would be to place Hillary Clinton in the White House.

That is not happening, is it?

No. Mike Pence, with the possibility of 9 years of Mike Pence, is what is on the table. All this propaganda about the Democrats wanting to overturn the election are talking points you bought before making sure you haven’t been shortchanged.
