In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

  1. The Superintendent of Chicago Police may be to embarrassed to show up because a few days ago he was found passed out, slumped over the steering wheel of his city issued vehicle.

  2. I didn’t even know they had ice hockey in China.

Devante Smith-Pelley, one of the three Washington Capitals players who skipped the White House visit because orange man bad, has just signed a one-year contract with Kunlun Red Star in the KHL.

KRS is the only professional team in China; it began play in the Russian league in 2016.

So, from Stanley Cup champion, to a rental contract in the KHL…the Trump curse strikes again.

  3. My hometown of Chicago is an embarrassment, it’s a huge Democrat swamp that should have been drained decades ago. It’s a damn shame that Chicago has so much control over a mostly conservative state.
