In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

CNN Hires Andrew McCabe as a Commentator

Hates Trump. A proven liar. Sounds about right for CNN.

From the Washington Examiner:

Andrew McCabe, the former FBI deputy director fired for leaking to the media and who has become an antagonist of President Trump, will join CNN.

McCabe has spent the past year defending his actions at the FBI, writing a book, and pushing for Trump to be removed from office.

He filed suit in federal court earlier in August accusing Trump of causing his subordinates at the Justice Department to participate in an “unconstitutional plan and scheme” to have him fired. McCabe was fired the same day he planned to retire.

The department’s Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a 39-page report in February 2018 detailing multiple instances where McCabe “lacked candor” with then-FBI Director James Comey and with investigators related to him greenlighting the disclosure to the media of sensitive information related to the FBI’s investigation into matters related to Hillary Clinton.

  1. CNN has a built a tight family of viewers who believe that CNN is a truth-to-power sort of enterprise. They believe the propaganda and refuse to look elsewhere. These viewers and their ilk either don’t have time to examine the facts or trust CNN for the “facts.” They only see what confirms their prejudices.

I remember a few years ago when I realized and was horrified that the Obama admin had effected a coup by placing partisans in positions of power and hijacking the neutral machinery of government. Have I told many peole of this? No, because around me are Progs and they don’t care to hear and won’t consider for a moment what I have to say.
