Two leading legal experts said Robert Mueller appears to be zeroing in on an indictment of Donald Trump Jr.
“He’s probably been told by the prosecutors that he’s a target. That means that there’s — unless you’re going to cooperate, there’s going to be an indictment very likely following,” Nixon White House Counsel John Dean told CNN Wednesday said of Trump’s son. “He’s not been called in front of a grand jury. That’s another sign that he’s being treated at arm’s length. So he’s got jeopardy.
Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano also predicted Wednesday the Donald Trump Jr. may be on Mueller’s list. Dean speculated that Trump son-in-law and White House advisor Jared Kushner may also get indicted by Mueller.
