Age 85 and broken ribs mean a long , painful recovery (or worse).
She may retire soon, one way or another.

serdem65, at any age it is painful. I know. The part that really hurts is the laying down or getting up. I do not see how a football player plays with crack ribs.
She has been on the Court since 1993.
Will the Court be about to hand down decisions with just 8 justices?
