  1. Thanks for posting this. Very interesting.
Both First Ladies looked charming, the décor looked very elegant, and it’s obvious that MrFrenchy is a big fan of MrTrump.

  2. The Hollywood crowd and Californians did not so well as they did at Obama’s State Dinners. Both Senators from Louisiana made it. The governors of Louisiana and Maine made it. Mitch McConnell didn’t.

  3. Speaking as someone from the UK there won’t be a state visit from these parts to the US. A state visit has to be done by the monarch, and the Queen retired from state visits in 2015.She was 92 last Saturday, so too old. One or two journalists were wondering what had happened to the UK, it’s protocol, but our country is going down the tubes anyway.

  4. With the exception of the two “Top couples” There is a smattering of recognizable, prominent names.

    Therefore, instead of a “Who’s-Who” list I see it as a “Who-Is? – Who’s-That?” list.

I’m just not that familiar with most of those names. I guess ya’ gotta’ be a political insider or a learned journalist (That’s why I come to this site daily to learn) to decipher most of the people on that list.
