President Trump will not achieve his most high-profile promise, a wall on the Mexican border, because Congress is finalizing a $1.3 trillion spending package that includes no money for it. The president should keep his promise and veto the bill. It’s an insult not just to him, but to the millions of people who voted for him. I don’t know whether an actual wall is the
