  1. “Trump turns celebration of Mississippi Civil Rights Museum ‘into a slap in the face,’ say activists who plan to protest” says the LA Times.

To the left, President Trump can’t do anything right.

  2. Lindsey Vonn, Olympic skier was injured during an event.
The news was peppered with her widely disseminated comment that in the Olympics she doesn’t represent the President ,b ut the people of the US.
We never heard the rest of it from CNN. They asked her how she felt competing in the Olympics for a country where MrTrump was the President!
In this context, her answer isn’t what it seemed. She did claim that if she is invited to the White House she wouldn’t go there.

  3. CA Governor tells his people to get used to wildfires. Climate change, y’know. Dries everything up, windy weather and …then scrub grass spontaneously combusts?
    uh, No.
If his claim was anywhere near the truth, one would think Arizona would be all ashes and devastation.
We have our share of wildfires here in AZ. Lightning, careless campers, the smoldering cigarette or cigar, but nothing combusts on it’s own, no matter how hot it gets. (pressurized cans combust).
IMO, arson is causing CA wildfires.

    • Some years ago, environmentalist whack jobs in California got a law passed which made picking up dead tree limbs and branches from the forest floor (to minimize flammable material in the forest) against the law. It was “unnatural” you see. Now the forests of California are full of this kindling wood all set to burn at the slightest spark, and that’s how they got to the mess they are in now.
