  1. Three 6’10” Black American men enter an upscale mall in China. Thinking no one noticed they were the only 6’10” Blacks in a Chinese mall, they five-fingered some trinkets to take back to America.
After being arrested for this crime, the Americans were alarmed that the Chinese police didn’t read them their Miranda rights or even ask for an autograph.
Confined to their hotel rooms as the Chinese authorities debated where to put them in their justice system, President Trump asked the Chinese leader to release them to face judgement in America. Glad to be relieved of the whole thing, the Chinese released the Americans who then flew home.
The alleged criminals then thanked PresTrump for intervening in their favor.
Then the father of one of the alleged criminals trashed the humanitarian efforts of the President while downplaying the actions of his son as just youthful indiscretions.
The President was rightfully insulted and responded that he should have left the Americans “in jail”.
Yes, he should have left it alone. He could have allowed the criminals and their family to understand that they embarrassed themselves and all of America, committed a crime while a guest of a foreign nation, and should have accepted justice for their actions.

    • Hopefully, UCLA will do the right thing which IMO would be to suspend all 3 players for the entire season this year. Their code of conduct doesn’t specify exact penalties, so a range of options is open to them…..but if it were me, that’s what I would do.
