As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

CBS This Morning Enthralled by Ruth Bader Ginsburg

“One of my favorite people,” says host Charlie Rose. “She is incredible,” says Norah O’Donnell.

Not only do I find this utterly predictable and doctrinaire liberal not incredible, I find her repellent.

Here’s one of my favorite Ginsburg quotes, from 2012:

I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012. I might look at the constitution of South Africa. That was a deliberate attempt to have a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights, have an independent judiciary. It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done.

Below, she describes how sexism played a major role in the defeat of Hillary Clinton.

Also, look closely. I’m pretty sure she is in the process of turning into Larry King.

  1. Hopefully she’ll instead turn into Teddy “Swim, bitch!!!” Kennedy. That way she’ll be able to console herself with Teddy’s company – and that of his best bud “Songbird” McShame as well – as she spends eternity in a warmer climate…

  2. Well, yeah, Ruthie – South Africa is a paradise of human rights and ….poverty, murders, lawlessness and a pit close to H*ll.
An independent judiciary? Who would appoint this “independent” group, or would they appoint each other?
Big words that sound so good but mean absolutely nothing – a liberal dream of happy people governed by a caring government that provides all the necessities of life without any prejudice.

  3. Wonder if she thinks sexism played a major role when Obama won the nomination in 2008? Couldn’t be that Hill’s an unlikeable, perennially horrible candidate with tons of baggage?

  4. First, is she deaf? Every question had to be repeated. Wonder how she hears oral arguments. And sexism played a role….welllll, not in her case. She is feeble….

  5. Charlie Rose throughout the campaign had been so pro Hillary it was sickening. And continues to this day being so pro Dem. I find Ginsberg disgusting and disturbingly opinionated. And I also find Charlie Rose disgusting. I used to watch his program to learn something. I slowly learned that he’s a very biased person and is only interested in pushing the Democratic Party line. Just can’t stand his sycophant a** kissing with Dems.
