  1. Gorsuch: In years ahead, people will look back on today and the impact on our country, the favorable impact. All the other current issues will fade, but establishing Gorsuch as a Supreme is a very significant move.


      1. Harv, srdem65, yes, truly a historic moment in the history of the SCOTUS.
        And since there are many cases pending before the SC, Associate Justice Gorsuch goes right to work tonight, I suspect as soon as he’s shown his office.

  2. I thought it was a fun fact that Gorsuch had clerked for Justice Kennedy back in the day and now they would both be on SCOTUS. I went to find a citation and the link is what I found.

    What I think is interesting is that it is a CBS article and it is very fair. This was pre Democrat Party explosion of opposition. And not too much time had passed from the writing of this article to the politically motivated opposition. Party kabuki as demanded by Schumer and Pelosi.
