In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

Trump Gets Boeing to Lower Air Force One Price Tag

Boeing will build the new Air Force One for less than $4 billion, the CEO told reporters Wednesday after meeting with President-elect Trump.

Dennis Muilenburg, the Boeing CEO, praised Trump for his “business head” and said the two had a very productive meeting where they discussed how the country could build two new Air Force One planes for less than the $4 billion, which Trump criticized on Twitter this month.

“We’re going to get it done for less than that,” Muilenburg said. “I was able to give the president-elect my personal commitment on behalf of the Boeing Company. This is a business that’s important to us. We work on Air Force One because it’s important to our country and we’re going to make sure that he gets the best capability and that it’s done affordably.”

  1. Unnamed sources in Hawaii reported that MrObama was seen pounding his golf club into the ground, over and over, until it broke in two after hearing the news of this new deal with Boeing. (fake news)
    lol.
A close advisor to the Clinton family claimed that MrsClinton had to be subdued as she tried to throw the living room lamps through the plate glass windows this afternoon. No reason was given for this strange behavior. (fake news)
    lol.
In other news; the US Navy has announce a complete turnaround on their plan to rename certain ranks by eliminating the ending of “man”, such as Corpseman or Seaman. The reason given for this change was that complaints were filed by those serving. (true)
    lol.
    We’re just lovin’ this.

    1. While the miserable lil barry sits in his tax funded vacation in Paradise spewing nonsense from his pen and phone, pathetic to say the least. Don’t go away mad, just go away!

      1. Xmas attack in Germany in order of blame:

        Bush
        Obama
        Hillary
        Merkel

If it were not for these evil doers, nation destroying in the Middle east it would not have happened.

  2. We love our Christmas markets in northern Europe. They bring warmth, joy, friendship, we are waiting for Christmas. So, they are the perfect object for the evil Islamists who worship death and violence. And so it happened, a massacre by truck in Berlin, in the big Christmas market next to Kaiser Wilhelm Kirche. So very, very tragic and upsetting.
If this massacre open the eyes of the politicians, if the Germans start to find their voice, if it will be the fall of Merkel, then these victims have not died in vain. Tear down the mosques, no more mosques in the West. That will stop the invasion.

    1. I read that Hungarian newspaper “Magyar Idök” writes: Europe has not listened to “the noise and uproar”. Political correctness has contributed to terrorism. To trust common sense is called “populism”. Europe has become fat and lazy.
      Yes indeed, very well said.

    2. Watching the devastation in Germany and other European countries is heartbreaking.
The picture posted on twitter by Geert Wilders, of Merkel with blood on her hands, is so appropriate.

      Stay safe, swedishlady!

      1. NoDhimmi, yes I think Merkel has to take the blame. Did you know that Wilders was convicted in court for telling some truths a couple of days ago ? Well, it doesn´t matter to his supporters, he is more popular than ever. Europe is upsidedown these days.

    3. SL…I remember you writing that you had recently spent some vacation time in Berlin recently, so you are familiar with the location of this tragedy. I lived in Berlin for almost three years, and I am also very familiar with that location–at the very center of Berlin, in the heart of its shopping district, where thousands of people would be during this season. We–Western civilization– really do have to address the issue of domestic terrorism–whether domestic or foreign inspired. Merkel is going to pay a big price for this catastrophe.

        1. Oh yes Marcus, I understand you very well. Yes, I was in Berlin recently, I love the city. I did not know that you lived there for so long. Was it during the Cold War? Well, now we have a much worse war, a Hot Random War, totally unpredictable.

          1. Yes, it was in the ’60’s. We watched the Wall go up from the very first day they began building it, and lived there two more years. I have lots of stories from that time, you can imagine. It’s an amazing city.

    4. Raised in Europe and later lived and worked there.

Growing up we lived in Nurnberg and I loved that Christmas market. It’s a great memory.

Until the Muslims and jihadis took over Europe I had planned to take a boat hotel cruise of European Christmas markets. Love the Boatels and the markets.

The Muslims, like the Democrats, liberals and the Left are way we can no longer have “nice things”.

Sad how many people’s loved ones and future holiday memories will be marred by this piece of garbage. Merkel had blood on her hands indeed. I fear Germany is lost to the Muslims, like London is.

  3. Works for me. The Republicans should take notice and follow his lead. They are a big disappointment in cutting spending, at the least.

The Republican Party is no longer the party of lower taxes, and smaller government. Maybe Trump can force their hand.
