  1. I see another busy day at the WH, as usual! I guess the commute all the way down to FL and the two speeches he made yesterday wore him out!

  2. And just why isn’t Mr. Obama attending the 75th Pearl Harbor Commemorations in Hawaii? Numerous survivors made the long (and difficult for them) trip out there. And hordes of high school students from all over the country also traveled there to honor our veterans with a concert (including my son, from Connecticut). It’s shameful that Obama would visit Hiroshima on that anniversary last August but not appear at Pearl Harbor!!

  3. Today is the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. More than 2,000 Americans soldiers and sailors died in the attack, and another 1,000 were wounded. What is wrong with Obama? He is President and Commander in Chief, yet not attending this 75th Pearl Harbor Commemorations in Hawaii? His priorities are really messed up.

    1. We should instead follow Alfie Kohn's formula: pay people fairly, pay them well, and then get pay off their minds so they can focus on more important things. Monetary compensation, while important, can only bring a certain level of personal fulfillment. Exactly. At IBM we were told that &qonm;cotpeosation&quut; was a "hygiene issue".
