Let’s be blunt about this.
Not only did Democrats on the floor of the convention interrupt a moment of silence for fallen police officers. The official, mainstream, establishment leadership of the Democratic National Committee celebrated, by inviting his mother onstage, a man who actually attempted to kill a police officer.
Honored along with other mothers of blacks killed by white police officers, in an event titled “Mothers of the movement,” was Lezley McSpadden, whose son Michael Brown was shot in August 2014 by Darren Wilson, a white Ferguson, Mo., police officer.
McSpadden is second from the right in the video from the convention below. According to President Obama’s own Justice Department report, he tried twice to harm and possibly kill officer Wilson, once by attempting to grab Wilson’s gun – now what do you think he was going to do with it? – and another time by charging him, which is when he was killed.
Notice in the DNC introductory video before their appearance onstage, Hillary Clinton meets with the ladies and, as she speaks with McSpadden, puts her hand empathetically to her heart.
One would hope she was having indigestion, but no.
Take a look at this excerpt I’ve put together from the Justice Department report. It’s fascinating and unambiguous.
Wilson and other witnesses stated that Brown then reached into the SUV through the open driver’s window and punched and grabbed Wilson. This is corroborated by bruising on Wilson’s jaw and scratches on his neck, the presence of Brown’s DNA on Wilson’s collar, shirt, and pants, and Wilson’s DNA on Brown’s palm. While there are other individuals who stated that Wilson reached out of the SUV and grabbed Brown by the neck, prosecutors could not credit their accounts because they were inconsistent with physical and forensic evidence, as detailed throughout this report.
Wilson told prosecutors and investigators that he responded to Brown reaching into the SUV and punching him by withdrawing his gun because he could not access less lethal weapons while seated inside the SUV. Brown then grabbed the weapon and struggled with Wilson to gain control of it. Wilson fired, striking Brown in the hand. Autopsy results and bullet trajectory, skin from Brown’s palm on the outside of the SUV door as well as Brown’s DNA on the inside of the driver’s door corroborate Wilson’s account that during the struggle, Brown used his right hand to grab and attempt to control Wilson’s gun.
Brown ran at least 180 feet away from the SUV, as verified by the location of bloodstains on the roadway, which DNA analysis confirms was Brown’s blood. Brown then turned around and came back toward Wilson, falling to his death approximately 21.6 feet west of the blood in the roadway. Those witness accounts stating that Brown never moved back toward Wilson could not be relied upon in a prosecution because their accounts cannot be reconciled with the DNA bloodstain evidence and other credible witness accounts.
As detailed throughout this report, several witnesses stated that Brown appeared to pose a physical threat to Wilson as he moved toward Wilson. According to these witnesses, who are corroborated by blood evidence in the roadway, as Brown continued to move toward Wilson, Wilson fired at Brown in what appeared to be self-defense and stopped firing once Brown fell to the ground.Although there are several individuals who have stated that Brown held his hands up in an unambiguous sign of surrender prior to Wilson shooting him dead, their accounts do not support a prosecution of Wilson. As detailed throughout this report, some of those accounts are inaccurate because they are inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence; some of those accounts are materially inconsistent with that witness’s own prior statements with no explanation, credible for otherwise, as to why those accounts changed over time. Certain other witnesses who originally stated Brown had his hands up in surrender recanted their original accounts.
And yet the Democrats celebrated this man. And Clinton met with her mother as if she were some kind of martyr, instead of a woman who raised a monster.
This is the Democratic Party, circa 2016.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why the media cooperates with and provides encouragement to these radical groups.

After watching the Dem convention, I am still shocked. For me, it was like watching total insanity.
I hope and pray that long time Democrats realize their party has been hijacked by nearly every radical group known to man.

You know, Patty, most of the rest of us want to compete. We’re just not always sure how to compete. Frankly, I have never seen anything like the factions and “movements” that participated in the DNC. I am convinced this may be the last election if the Dems win.
I’m with you, Aileen. I was very depressed after the 2012 election, and still feel that was a turning point for our country…perhaps irreversibly in the wrong direction. It may be too late now, and, sadly, a Hillary win would seal our country’s fate.
I certainly don’t have all the answers except for one big thing….we cannot sit this one out like so many conservatives did in 2012…simply not acceptable, it was actually childish on the part of many who found this or that they didn’t like about Romney. I’ve been married 35 years and sometimes you just have to suck it up and take one for the team and lo and behold it’s quite worth it!

These people supporting them at the Convention are equally without values or morality.
If they can do this, they can certainly subvert and steal the election. I have no expectation that this coronation of HRC will be anything but corrupt and criminal. And if it is uncovered the Democrats will no longer try to cover it up. There is no need. The rule of law is all but dead and the judicial system is rank.
Speaking of stealing the election, there are many references indicating that Soros and his companies are up to their necks in the foreign-made voting machine business. The MSM typically doesn’t talk much about this, but the potential for tampering with the software and count in these machines is extremely high, and has no doubt swung elections. This is how Hillary could win the election–corrupted voting machines and voter fraud in general.

I think pretty much once the machine leaves the precinct Diebold is in charge — this is not news, but I think it has been amplified and refined by the Dems since the last election. And we all know who won that. It’s about the counting.

Mr. Koffler’s account was something that we should all model ourselves after – write about it! Storm your local newspaper with Letters to the Editor, call out your family and friends on “being Democrat.” Express your worries about a rigged election – demand voter ID from your local precincts even if it isn’t possible to get it – register your well-founded fears and make yourself heard. Why can’t some sworn officers get a little overtime patrolling voting sites for those that shouldn’t be campaigning less than 50 ft. from the polling place?

Excellent article! Darren Wilson’s life was ruined by those people and their lies. It’s sickening that this is who the DNC promotes.
It would be interesting to know how much these particular speakers were paid by the DNC, who wrote their speeches, whose idea it was in the first place to have them on as speakers, who worked with them to make sure the speeches contained exactly what was needed and delivered in precisely the right manner required by the DNC, and what other accommodations or promises were made to get them to the convention to deliver their speeches.

If this particular woman cared as much about her little child before, instead if now, he would be alive today.
