In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

Hillary Invokes Holocaust to Describe GOP Immigration Plans

Hillary Clinton Friday invoked imagery of the Holocaust to describe the things she says Republicans want to do to illegal immigrants, including moves to “pull people out of their homes” . . . “round them up” and put them in “boxcars” in order to deport them to Mexico.

These are obvious references to the German roundups of Jews in the late 1930s and early 1940s.

Desperate to change the subject from her email scandal and reverse her falling poll numbers, Mrs. Clinton is hiding out on the low road. Thursday she said Republicans were like “terrorists.”

She knows exactly what she’s doing. This is a whatever it takes to win mentality, devoid of scruple or any sense of decorum or morality. Look out Bernie Sanders, and should you ¬†get in, Joe Biden. The ugly Clinton destruction machine will rip you apart too.

Oh, and she should apologize to Jews immediately for using the Holocaust for political purposes.

Here’s what she said:

There are some on the other side who are seriously advocating to deport 11, 12 million people who are working here

I find it the height of irony that a party which espouses small government would want to unleash a massive law enforcement effort – including, perhaps, national guard and others – to go and literally go pull people out of their homes and their workplaces, round them up, put them – I don’t know, in buses? boxcars? . . . in order to take them across the border.

I find that appalling.

  1. Calling Republicans terrorists and framing immigration concepts as the holocaust (Godwin’s Rule anyone?)are but death rattles.

  2. First of all Trump came out strong. He explained that the first thing was to get the criminals out. No if ands or butts, to deport. Than takes steps from there.
We cannot afford to support the world.

She failed to mention the young lady killed in CA, but the illegal criminal.
She also failed to state she would love all the illegal immigrants to move into her neighborhood.

    1. Trump did agree people would be removed from their homes–O’Reilly said “put in vans…” Boxcars were not mentioned. I think boxcars is a dog whistle word–Nazis not unacommpanied children. She is becoming more shrewish by the day. Shudder.

  3. As far as her insulting many family members, friends, etc. of being terrorist as well was insane.
Our Country was built on the notion of everyone having their thoughts, and free to express them.

    1. Merry, Politicians like Hillary, Obama and even Jeb, are encouraging illegals to get into those boxcars. Who’s the Nazi now?

    2. Remember the pictures of trains, (boxcars?) with thousands and thousands of Illegal mexicans hanging off of & riding atop, to get here & suck up our free stuff?

      1. Historically, I believe it is a general consensus that “boxcars” when used in transport of human beings means the Jews to the camps.

People can come up with all other kinds of examples, but I would respectfully submit, that this is the image that sticks and this is the image that Hillary Clinton meant to evoke in reference to the Republican Party.

        1. No doubt about that, Grace. Especially when the term is paired with the holocaustal ’round them up’ scenario.

Ironic that the illegals chose to transport themselves here by the very same means that Hillary is portraying as inhumane.

Also hypocritical that Hillary fails to view pro-abortion infanticide as holocaustal.

  4. What, it’s more pro-small-government to support keeping 11 million illegals here, paying for their food stamps, health care, education and retirement? I think she fails to understand conservatism. Which should be no surprise to anyone.

I could learn to despise her nearly as I do BHO, though he has a special place in my heart for being as openly anti-American as he is. Not just a lying liberal crook like Hillary, he’s actively campaigning on behalf of our Islamic enemies.

  5. I don’t understand. Trump is a very smart man, according to his own self-characterization. Did he not anticipate that HRC would start launching the Holocaust comparisons? It was so predictable. He can’t be serious about winning the nomination. Deporting 10-20 illegals is political suicide. Why oh why did he take that path? He still hasn’t said how he plans to do a mass deportation – not that it really matters.

Trump’s favorability rating with hispanics is nearly zero. HRC is still out-polling everyone.
    She is going to skate!!!

    1. Mario, A U.S. President is supposed to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and the citizens of this nation. “Citizens”means native born or legal immigrant. Therefore a candidate should be concerned with the wishes of his potential voters, not pandering to citizens of other countries.
Twice the voters of this nation have sent a clear message to Republicans and twice we have been stabbed in the back by them. Most of them act “conservative” up to the point of taking their oath, they then become Democrap-lite.
There are too many of our own citizens out of work, struggling with healthcare costs (Thanks, Obama sarc.) and just plain struggling. A country without a border, ceases to be a country.

      1. That’s true, Oklahoma Lady.
If I heard Trump correctly, he said he would uproot all the illegals and their anchor babies.
        It can’t be done.
Remember Elvira? The disgusting illegal from Chicago who finally got deported? She left her anchor baby in Chicago. and now she’s back! With another kid for us to support!

Some of these illegals have been here 30 yrs…how can we just uproot them?

Bottom line – no one can win without the hispanic vote, IMO. It’s a sad state of affairs, but that’s reality.

    2. He did not say that he was going to deport them en masse. But he needs to be mor precise. But apparently this is not without precedent — there was a bill put forth by Kay Bailey Hutchinson that proposed illegals be out outside the border and allowed to re enter according to some “guidelines”. This apparently had the support of 5 Democrats as well. The bill got dropped. I will look up the details at another time but just wanted to put some perspective on what Trump said and what has been proposed and done historically.

Trump brings it on himself to be misunderstood though.

  6. Nothing has changed:
MrTrump attacks or insults his opponents – he’s strong, decisive, serious.
MrsClinton attacks or insults her opponents – she’s bitchy, nasty, envious.

Most illegal aliens have no idea what she’s referring to – maybe the boxcars they rode on their way to invade the US? They don’t know their own history, so they surely don’t know the history of Germany and the Nazis.

Go get her, MrTrump. She thinks her sex will protect her from retaliation, show her it won’t. Throw down the gauntlet – if she’s she’s playing with the big boys, she should be ready to take what she dishes out.

  7. Hillary Clinton gives new meaning to the word grotesque. I keep thinking her face is going to start melting like in The Picture of Dorian Gray

  8. Does anyone still consider her presidential anymore? If so, then they are beyond reason. Mrs. Clinton is showing just who she really is: An elderly, vicious, paranoid woman. We just don’ need the drama.

    1. Remember that Adlai Stevenson quote! He would have been a great tweeter. In one campaign, youngsters, someonehow Linus Pauling, a Nobel winner, and Norman V Peale, a postive thinking minister, got involved. And Stevenson said, “Many find Pauling appealing, but frankly I find Peale appalling.” I forget the context…Now if we had more wit and puns maybe I would not be so cranky.

  9. And Obama saying that he understands Israeli Jews’ concerns about Iran getting a nuke – get this: – because he is African-American – strikes me as even worse! Neither he nor Hillary seem to have even the most commonplace sense of decency…
