  1. Hillary is going to New Hampshire tomorrow to continue her campaign.
I think she dumped the van in Iowa and flew back to the North East region.

    • I was in NH yesterday for a huge extended family gathering (celebrating two birthdays in the family), and the subject of Hillary came up (because of her upcoming visit to NH). There was a pretty even mix of D’s and R’s and no one, not one single person expressed any enthusiasm for Hillary. None. I thought that was pretty revealing.

  2. Hundreds of ‘migrants’ are presumed dead in the Mediterranean Sea after they caused their own boat to tip over.
Briefly – the boat had trouble, sent out a SOS, help arrived, then most of the ‘migrants’ rushed to one side of the rickety (their words) boat causing it to tip over and throw all into the Sea.

So who does CNN blame for this tragedy – Europe for their closed borders.
A small amount of blame is put on human trafficers who promise a ‘better life’ for those willing to pay for this illegal entrance into Italy. The piece says that most of the ‘migrants’ are from sub-Saharan Africa.
Definition: ‘migrants’ are Black people, ‘Europeans’ are White people.

  3. Morning all,

Unfortunately still haven’t won the lottery (I guess you still have to buy a ticket?) so had to let the bill paying job rule last week. Help me Obi wank Obama, help me, you’re our only hope.

Curious the group’s impression of the Hillary roll out last week? Call me crazy but once you get past the burrito bandito coverage the MSM coverage was less positive of her most recent attempt to remake herself than I expected.

I don’t know if anyone saw it yet but I almost lost breakfast over Claire McCaskill’s performance this morning on This Week. She is as much an embarrassment to us here in Missouri as Obama is to the country. If it wasn’t for her chasing her tail from one TV appearance to the next she’d die of muscle atrophy.

Was disgusting watching her labeled as “one of the first to support Hillary Clinton” and never even mentioned she supported Obozo in 08. UGH

Rambling I know, just one of those mornings.

    Have a great Sunday.

  4. I watched some of the GOP New Hampshire meeting. I was very impressed with Carly Fiorina. What a contrast with Hillary!

Drudge this morning reported satire not scandal could derail Hillary. Just think, we have a year and a half before the election. I’ll be wore out.

Mike Huckabee had a story about the Clintons. He was elected Lieutenant Governor in 1993. When he arrived at his office he found his office door nailed shut from the inside. It remained that way for 59 days. When they finally entered the office all the furniture was missing.

    • In your point about the use of satire….the satire and mockery being heavily employed by the MSM on Hillary is, for me, the biggest surprise (so far) of the campaign. It was completely unexpected.

The delicious irony is that Alinsky’s Rule No. 5 is being applied to one of Alinsky’s most devoted disciples, Hillary, by the MSM. To wit–“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.”

She is being ridiculed on a daily basis. I want to know who pushed the button on that tactic being used on Hillary by the MSM.

      • Your last paragraph is prescient.
        Whomever did will be targeted.
It will be interesting to see how long she survives, and how long the DNC allows her to campaign.

After all, someone has to convince her to give it up.

          • I believe it will be the DNC.
Eventually, they are going to run out of time to field a viable candidate.
And if they wait long enough, the republicans are going to be able to ridicule and expose her past to the point that even the lofos begin to get it.

          • AFVet…all good points. It would be great to sit in on the discussions these people are having about “What the hell do we do about Hillary?”

Or, if we can borrow and update from The Sound of Music, this is what they might be singing right this minute:

“How do we solve a problem like Hillary?…..

When we’re with her we’re confused
            Out of focus and bemused
And we never know exactly where we are
            Unpredictable as weather
            She’s as flighty as a feather…”

  5. Hello there! Well, it´s an open thread so I can write a little about my travel. I arrived home a couple of days ago, refreshed by my visit to the splendid city of Vienna. The architecture, the museums, the cafés, the cakes and the pastries ! Apfelstrudel and Sacher Torte, delicious. The weather was wonderful, warm and sunny , and it made Vienna appear even lovelier. Seems like all the great composers have lived in that place, there is a Mozart Haus, Schubert Haus, Mahler Haus etc. in every corner. One day we went up in the Wienerwald to visit a Beethoven Haus. I read his sad letter to his brother, he complained of his tinnitus and hearing problems, he even contemplated suicide. Luckily he went on living and created so much fantastic music even though he became completely deaf. How is it possible ? Vienna is generous with its rich culture. The magnificent Opera Haus broadcasts live what goes on on the stage. One evening, when we walked home to the hotel , we witnessed outdoor opera entertainment. People sat on chairs outside the Opera Haus and watched “Der Rosenkavalier” live. It was magic. Just like the city.

  6. Watching all the NH speeches, etc… marco and rand..think both have a lot to offer, but their time will come..Scott Walker has the expertise to make this country work again IMHO! So glad to see a lot of YOUNG good people speaking and working toward the betterment of the country!

  7. Best quote of the day – maybe the entire decade. Kathleen Parker on MTP this a.m was apoplectic just talking about Hill’s little road trip. Said she kept saying
I’m Here! I’m one of you! And then she sits down with four people

“She needs to get rid of her inner Ayatollah”!!! Still laughing just thinking about that comment. Hope the R’s pick it up and run with it.
