  1. i think I heard on the news this evening (WMAL in DC) that the WH email system had been hacked and Obama’s schedule (the part not seen here or on the NYTimes) had been discovered. Actually, maybe they are trying to find the lost State Department emails from 2009-2013/

  2. Now that Moochelle’s annual two month long “celebration of the anniversary” of her Let’s Move BS is over, it’s time for her to celebrate the anniversary of her “Joining Forces initiative” – all to garner as much attention as possible for this camera hog/clown/wannabe actress.

Please tell me HOW the HELL Mooch getting her mug on the cover of Glamour Mag, along with Sarah Jessica Parker and Kerry Washington, does a flipping thing to help military women, veterans, and military wives?! Ugh, it’s all about her, as usual!

Kerry Washington, Sarah Jessica Parker and Michelle Obama make one gorgeous trio of ‘power women’ and their message is strong.

The First Lady and her famous friends grace the cover of Glamour’s May issue in which they sat down together to discuss helping America’s servicewomen, veterans and military wives, just in time for Memorial Day on May 25.

Mrs. Obama, 51, who has long advocated for US veterans, stressed the importance of helping women in the military and, through her platform Joining Forces, is getting things done.

Click that link for the cover photo and a lot more useless blather from this all talk, do nothing, low class, dancing fool, celebrity magazine-loving, TV talk show-loving FLOTUS.

Also, she made sure to get coverage for this on Entertainment Tonight this evening (VIDEO at link):

ET went inside the real Oval Office with First Lady Michelle Obama, Kerry Washington and Sarah Jessica Parker for a Glamour magazine photo shoot.

“This is the best cover shoot we’ve ever done,” Kerry gushed.

Prior to the photo shoot, the actresses were given a tour of the White House. SJP wore Oscar de la Renta and heels from her own shoe line for the event, while Kerry and Mrs. Obama both wore Narciso Rodriguez.

One part you won’t see on the Glamour cover is that Kerry and SJP had to stand on boxes just to get close to Mrs. Obama’s height. The first lady is 5′ 11″ tall, while Kerry and SJP are 5′ 4″ and 5′ 3″, respectively.

The real reason for the visit was Mrs. Obama’s Joining Forces initiative, which supports America’s service women and military spouses.

“If I had the opportunity to serve as first lady I was going to use this platform to shine a light on their challenges and to be their voice,” Mrs. Obama said. “And get America to rally around these people and to serve them as well as they’ve served us.”

Glamour’s Power Women issue hits newsstands April 14.

  3. Hmmph, he never seems to visit “Embassy personnel and families” in, say, Belarus! Oh, and they have a TON of world class golf courses in Jamaica. All too good for the Duffer-In-Chief to play on!

Obama deportation amnesty to remain halted

Federal judge refuses appeal, criticizes president’s lawyers for misleading the court

By Stephen Dinan – The Washington Times – Updated: 11:28 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015

President Obama’s new deportation amnesty will remain halted, a federal judge in Texas ruled Tuesday night in an order that also delivered a judicial spanking to the president’s lawyers for misleading the court.

Judge Andrew S. Hanen, who first halted the amnesty in February, just two days before it was to take effect, said he’s even more convinced of his decision now, particularly after Mr. Obama earlier this year said he intends for his policies to supersede federal laws.

Judge Hanen pointed to Mr. Obama’s comments at a February town hall when the president warned immigration agents to adhere to his policies or else face “consequences.”

“In summary, the chief executive has ordered that the laws requiring removal of illegal immigrants that conflict with the 2014 DHS directive are not to be enforced, and that anyone who attempts to do so will be punished,” Judge Hanen wrote.

“This is not merely ineffective enforcement. This is total non-enforcement,” the judge continued, saying that Mr. Obama’s own descriptions of how he is carrying out his policies have hurt his case.

Mr. Obama in November announced a new amnesty for illegal immigrant parents whose children are either U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. The amnesty could apply to as many as 5 million illegal immigrants.

Texas and 25 other states sued to stop Mr. Obama, and Judge Hanen sided with them, finding that they suffered an economic harm from the policy, granting them standing in court, and then finding that the president broke the law in bypassing Congress to announce his policy.

The administration has appealed Judge Hanen’s ruling, but also asked the judge to reconsider.

On Tuesday the judge not only refused to reconsider, but also said the administration misled him when it said no part of the amnesty had been implemented, and the lawyers bungled their attempt to try to repair the damage by filing an “advisory” with the judge early last month.

Since November, the administration had been granting a three-year amnesty to illegal immigrant Dreamers under the new policy. That’s a year longer than the two-year program Mr. Obama announced for the Dreamers in 2012.

Judge Hanen said he may still issue sanctions against the government for misleading him — though he declined to strike the government’s pleadings, saying that while it may be warranted, it would do a disservice to the weighty issues at stake in the case, including fundamental issues of presidential power.

Judge Hanen gave tremendous weight in his 15-page ruling to Mr. Obama’s February town hall when he described how he would carry out his policy and warned immigration agents of “consequences” to not following his dictates.

Just hours before Judge Hanen ruled, however, the appeals court that oversees him ruled in a separate challenge to Mr. Obama’s 2012 amnesty for Dreamers, and ignored the president’s warnings of consequences to agents. In that case, a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that agents had ultimate discretion about whether or not to follow the new policies.

The Fifth Circuit next week will hold oral arguments on the government’s appeal of Judge Hanen’s ruling, and immigrant-rights activists said they hoped Tuesday’s ruling on the 2012 amnesty showed the court was inclined to allow Mr. Obama’s 2014 amnesty to take effect as well.

    • Ha, maybe. But, he’s in Jamaica and Panama through Saturday for these events:

On Thursday, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Portia Simpson-Miller of Jamaica and participate in a meeting with Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders. The President will also participate in a town hall with young leaders. In the evening, the President will depart Kingston, Jamaica en route Panama City, Panama.

On Friday, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Panamanian President Juan Carlos Varela and participate in the Summit of the Americas CEO Forum. In the evening the President will attend the Summit of the Americas Opening Ceremonies.

On Saturday, the President will attend official Summit of the Americas events. The President will participate in a press conference before departing Panama en route Washington, DC.

      • I heard a partial discussion on on the WH press room yesterday regarding, if o will meet with Cuba leader or not. Joshi did not have info on that at the time.

  5. New book by Dick Cheney and Liz Cheney due this fall:

New book by Dick Cheney takes on Barack Obama

NEW YORK (AP) — The next book by former Vice President Dick Cheney is aimed directly at President Barack Obama.

Cheney’s “Exceptional: Why the World Needs a Powerful America” will be published on Sept. 1 by Threshold Editions, the publisher announced Tuesday. The book, co-authored by Cheney’s daughter Liz Cheney, contends that Obama has abandoned a decades-long tradition of American global leadership. In a statement issued by Threshold, a conservative imprint of Simon & Schuster, the former vice president said Obama had “significantly diminished” U.S. power at a time of a “rapidly growing” terrorist threat.

Cheney, a Republican, has been an emphatic critic of Obama, a Democrat, recently calling him the worst president in his lifetime.

  6. “Meets with Embassy personnel and families; Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, Kingston, Jamaica”

I assume Barry and his massive entourage will be staying at the elegant and expensive Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. Why couldn’t they be the guests of the embassy?

  7. About those Russian hackers. It is a CNN report. CNN is one of the Obama-megaphones, isn´t it ? So why the “leaks” and how much truth is there in that report ? What is made up for a reason ? Because the government wants more control, more supervision, more war mongering ? Well, I wouldn´t mind if the Russians did fish for the long hidden birth certificate, maybe they could use it to get rid of the sanctions. And publish it anyway. To get rid of Obama.

  8. MrObama goes on some dumb show on CBS:
( and makes the claim that “global warming” caused his 4yr old daughter to be afflicted with “asthma”, but because the family had good health insurance, she was cured of the disease.

sigh. Every day, every single day, the Obamas find a way to insult our intelligence, to lie about anything and everything, and the MSM just nods in their adoration.

    • ‘Charlatan’ doesn’t begin to describe the actions of this fraud. He has crossed all boundaries of ethics and morality. In fact, much of his behavior is criminal, IMO.

    • I remember they used the excuse that one of the kids had ‘allergies’ to dogs and why they adopted a non-allergic designer dog instead of a pound puppy. (we found this out after he won the election and PETA and HSUS’ endorsements to the animal lovers).

  9. Jamaica??? C’mon! With nearly two years left, the Grifters are going to make sure they get the royal treatment in every country on their bucket list.

Did he really try to hide this getaway vacay from us??? Azzhat!
