At the White House, President Obama Tuesday dismissed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress as a repetition of previous arguments that failed to add anything new. Obama told reporters he hadn’t bothered to watch Netanyahu’s speech, but . . . I did have a chance to take a look at the transcript, and as far as I can tell there was nothing new .
