As of now, I am in control here, in the White House

Obamacare sticker shock for the poor . . . Anyone who receives Obamacare subsidies could be in for a rude awakening this tax season. Four in ten low-income Obamacare participants will face sticker shock this April 15 when they discover they owe a great deal of money to the IRS because of a little-known “clawback” provision in the health-care law. A family of four could owe the government as much as $11,200 in taxes due to subsidies erroneously given, according to a 2013 prediction by researchers at the University of California, Berkeley. Daily Caller

DHS sets up hotline for illegals . . . The Homeland Security Department has set up hotlines for illegal immigrants who believe their rights under President Obama’s amnesty policy have been violated. Washington Times

Obama: Sharpton “a fellow warrior for justice” . . . It hangs on the wall of his office, a testament to cozy bonds. After Al Sharpton was unable to attend the 2013 funeral of Nelson Mandela, President Barack Obama brought back a piece of the funeral for him, the Wall Street Journal reported over the weekend. The memento: a copy of the funeral program signed in the president’s hand, “To Rev. Sharpton. A fellow warrior for justice!” The Blaze

Obama: wealth redistribution has always been great . . . After Obama rambles a bit about the history of capitalism and business, Ezra Klein asks him, “Does this put us in a place long-term where redistribution becomes, in a sense, a positive good in and of itself.” Obama’s reply right off the top? “That’s always been the case.” Breitbart

Obama uses Grammys for anti-violence against women pitch . . . President Obama appeared at the Grammys on Sunday night, streaming in on a large screen to make a speech about the need to stop violence against women. “Artists have a unique power to change minds and attitudes and get us thinking and talking about what matters, and all of us, in our lives, have the power to set an example. Join our campaign to stop this violence.” Fox News

Even CBS’ Bob Schieffer knocks Obama’s ISIS strategy . . . Shortly after showing a clip of National Security Adviser Susan Rice downplaying the “existential” threat posed by ISIS, Schieffer said, “I don’t think this has anything close to the evil the Nazis represented, and obviously this is not the Cold War with the Soviet Union, but it seems to me this is something that I’m still not sure this administration is galvanized to fight this fight and do what’s necessary to do it.” Washington Free Beacon

Even Andrea Mitchell knocks Obama’s Crusades analogy . . . Mitchell told “Meet The Press” moderator Chuck Todd Sunday morning that Obama needs to “deal with the issue that’s in front” of him, namely ISIS, and not “lean over backwards” to invoke the “sins of the fathers.” Daily Caller

Kerry 2016? . . . Secretary of State John Kerry said in an interview broadcast on Sunday that he has not ruled out a 2016 White House bid, which would put him in a wide-open Democrat primary field behind front-runner Hillary Clinton. Kerry, the party’s presidential nominee in 2004, told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that “nobody ever says never.” Fox News

    • Geoff, I think that the tide is beginning to turn.
Whether it turns fast enough to save the Country is yet to be determined.

The media can take this administration down in one month if they so desire.

The calculated destruction of this Country is the main goal of Obama and his minions.

He thrives on his popularity and I feel that it is eroding.

  1. I feel that Obama’s refusal to acknowledge the threat that ISIS presents is an indication of his stupidity, or more accurately his egotistical denial of the horrendous evil that the radical Islamist movement has demonstrated.

Obama will never admit that he was wrong, rather he will spin and manipulate the obvious facts that we all see and denigrate anyone that has an opposing view.

The fact that the MSM are now beginning to question the judgement of the administration is a positive sign IMO.

  2. Just wondering – is there a ‘hotline’ number for Americans to call to complain about being criminally victimized by illegal aliens or losing their job to one of them?
Aside from that, what or where are the “rights” of foreign nationals who are illegally here in the US spelled out for all of us to peruse, or are ‘rights’ now defined by whatever MrO wants them to be.

  3. Regarding Bob and Andrea they are just now questioning. I need to pull up exactly what they said, or avoiding saying at the same time o was rambling about the JV team.
The hotline issue is another nightmare issue to come about. Now can’t Congress, Supreme Court, some step in and stop that now?
