  1. According to the White House press schedule, the Obamas will arrive at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh at 3:25 p.m. and depart at 7:30 p.m.

Despite the short length of the trip, the visit still requires numerous hotel rooms. The State Department is paying $25,920 for hotel rooms at the Marriott, $64,320 for rooms at the Radisson Blu, and $32,000 for rooms at the Ritz-Carlton.

Three other hotel bills issued for the president’s visit totaled $106,667.

Sedan and SUV rentals for the president cost $20,693, and the State Department is also paying$18,187 for Internet services at the Ritz-Carlton.

  2. Nobel Peace Prize Winners — deserving and not so deserving.

Obama — Nobel Peace Prize– looks like an even bigger joke now than it did when it was pre humously awarded. But I’m betting he will not be able to make some comparison, mention, or make someone do it.

There’s no business like show business
    Like no business I know
    Everything about it is appealing
    Everything the traffic will allow
Nowhere could you get that happy feeling
When you are stealing that extra bow

There’s no people like show people
    They smile when they’re low
Even with a turkey that you know will fold
You may be stranded out in the cold
Still you wouldn’t change it for a sack of gold
Let’s go on with the show!

Start up the engines boy’s, we’ve got places to go and people to see!

    • Thanks Lee. Actually, it’s very much a central topic among my friends. I was watching France24, who had a segment and showed a film of survivors and interviews from several countries – all of whom are between 80 and 90+. Very sad. My heart breaks when I hear them speak. They still suffer nightmares.

        • Not the internet – I have cable (Comcast) and it’s on the line-up, part of the package. It leans Left politically, but at least Mon-Fri. I can see the news in Europe as it’s happening. To be clear, I live in condo, and the cost is included in my monthly condo fee. I am not surprised there hasn’t been any coverage today. Whatever msm covers will be 1-2 minutes probably towards the end of the day – they wouldn’t want to draw attention to the fact that 0bama is not there during the ceremonies.

    • Not just that, but also that the one handling the obvious delay of the report is Ben Rhodes, Obama’s assistant national security advisor.
Yes, the Ben Rhodes whose college degree is in creative writing…he went into government service after failure as wanna be fiction writer.
And also his brother runs the Obama Cheerleader network CBS, the one who ran off the wonderful Sharyl Atkisson for daring to speak the truth in her reporting.
The American people are not going to be happy to hear that we actually did trade a deserter for four terrorists and then honored the parents with a “hands on” ceremony in the Rose Garden.

      • The same Ben Rhodes whose brother heads CBS News who just happened to post the link connecting Benghazi to spontaneous protests around an internet video just hours after the attack and before Obozo had even boarded AF1 to go fundraising in Vegas that morning.
Ben Rhodes, Valerie Jarret, Susan Rice those are the only names you need to know when you wonder why this country is so absolutely F’d up right now.
