In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

The other day I watched an interview with an American who had elected to fight with the Kurds against ISIS. It is disappointing to read about all these ” Europeans” who go away to fight with ISIS, but I can assure you that these are young men with non-European origins. They should not be allowed back in Europe. But this American fellow was a real, ordinary American with a good and brave heart. These Kurds are tough, I hope they will defeat their enemies. My green grocer is a Kurd ( Turkish Kurd ), a very nice and gentle man but I can see how this situation troubles him. Wouldn´t surprise me if he all of a sudden is back there with a rifle in his hand.

The Kurds, so far, are the real heroes in this fight.

I must agree with the observation.
Sometimes I just wax eloquent. : – D
I think a ‘system restore’ would be best. We go back to the day MrDuncan begins to board the first plane on his trip to the US, and stop him there.
You, me, the way-back machine. Right now!!
Do you the number or email for “Mr. Peabody & Sherman”?
