Debbie Wasserman-Schultz: “I Stand Corrected”

Did you ever think you’d hear that out of DWS?

A local Nevada newsman catches her on her “facts” during a discussion about Obamacare.

  1. Nice, Debs. Your premise is totally wrong, so you come back with “that’s not even the point”.

I agree. The real point is that you’re a moron.

  2. She can stand, sit, run, or fly “corrected”, but since she also added this to her lie- “that’s not the point”, then that’s exactly the point.

In fact, it’s the whole point of her attack on the Repub Governor – that he refused to set up an Exchange, so it’s his fault the people of Nevada won’t be eligible for subsidies.

  3. Without lies the liberals have nothing.

Most of what they say is based on falsehoods like the Hobby Lobby decision takes health care from women etc.

Truly remarkable haw low the democrat party has descended.

  4. So let me see if I got this straight.
DWS gets caught lying, attempting to bash a Republican Governor, gets caught, but believes/ says “that’s not the point”?

  5. DWS can’t even read off the cue cards at MSNBC………Last year, when all of a sudden it was discovered that President Obama “Misled” the American Public. DWS went on Chris Jansing’s Show. Keep in mind..”Misled” is the key word here. In the clip below, she states that she did not believe the President “Myzzzled” himself.

Has anyone ever heard the word “misled” pronounced “Myzzzled” ?? Or even misprounced…….she must have reading her response from a Cue card.

I can’t believe they let her on the air with no script at all………

    • I like it when they spell misled as “mislead.” As in get the lead out. I listen to audiobooks (stupid doctor trix) and the other day the guy said Adda-dis instead of Adidas.

  6. Bill Maher Calls Out Debbie Wasserman Schultz Over Obamacare: ‘To Me, That Is a Lie’
He also asked his panel whether or not a lie is ever “justified” if it’s for something good, and then speculated as to whether Obamacare would have even passed if the president had been honest about the impact it would have on private insurance.

Wasserman Schultz quickly insisted the president didn’t lie.

“It was not a lie, let’s just be very clear,” she said. “When the president and myself and every other Democrat talked about that if you like your health care you can keep it, that was referring to the overwhelming majority of Americans who had health care…and in fact, what the reality of Obamacare is, not only are they able to keep their health care, but it is very likely going to cost less and have better benefits.”

  7. Free Beacon | Shocker: Debbie Wasserman-Schultz caught lying to constituents.
Jewish community leaders in South Florida say they are growing frustrated with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D., Fla.) over her conflicting statements regarding a bipartisan Iran sanctions measure in the House.

Following a Washington Free Beacon report detailing her efforts to block a House resolution backing new sanctions on Iran, Wasserman Schultz has told her hometown press that she is open to new sanctions, while telling D.C. reporters that she opposes them.

  8. CURL: Debbie Wasserman Schultz, professional liar.
While God had a pretty good week in Charlotte, N.C., enjoying His own Sally Fields Academy Awards moment (“You like me! Right now! You like me!”), one person who has had a decidedly bad week is Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

The acerbic Democratic National Committee chairwoman with the grating voice has been on a dizzying downward slide. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, DWS has been parlaying her petty partisanship to anyone who sticks a microphone in her face. And she’ll say anything — doesn’t matter if it’s true or not.

It all started with a flat-out, bald-faced lie. At an Obama campaign Jewish outreach “training session,” DWS was instructing Jewish Democrats how to persuade their fellow Jews to get on board the Obama train.

At the end, she claimed that she’d “heard no less than Ambassador Michael Oren say this, that what the Republicans are doing is dangerous for Israel.”

Now, that’s a pretty heavy statement — if true, devastating to Republicans and their nominee, pro-Israel Mitt Romney. But it wasn’t true at all: it was made up out of whole cloth. “No less than” Mr. Oren himself immediately came out to deny the charge, vehemently. “I categorically deny that I ever characterized Republican policies as harmful to Israel.”

Well. The whole thing was chronicled by the Washington Examiner. And then, DWS was asked about the matter by Fox News’ Shepard Smith.
