I still think that they discussed some time ago: If we just do a WHOLE BUNCH of things at one time: No one will be able to keep up.
It is called the Cloward Piven strategy. Obama TAUGHT it as a community organizer.
We see it on the border now with the invasion of Central Americans who are being escorted through Mexico from the SEIU offices in Guatemala and El Salvador.
