In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

  1. Hillary: Benghazi Is the Reason I Should Run

You’ve got to be kidding……….maybe she is not fully recovered from the bump on her head or she has decided to apply the Obama logic to her decision making

    1. She made a comment she did not know where the walls should be secured against bombings.
No one did anything as this was unfolding. No one called any teams (nearest solders) to go help.
A kid would understand that he would need to at least try to help.
She did not discuss the fact the request were made ahead of this attack.

      1. I just heard a twisted bit of news. They are now blaming Hagel for the release for the 5 MAJOR TERRORIST.
I have to read news this morning of Hillary not taking blame.
I have to read news this morning of O not taking blame.

        1. I read that too on the Daily Mail. I make the comment on the newest thread above that maybe that’s not such good news for HRC because if push comes to shove on Benghazi, Obama will say that she made the final call.

  2. There are 57,000 Vets waiting for appointments at the same time O has a welcome wagon to MANY people walking across our border.
Those people we be taken care of instead of being put on a bus or plane and taken back NOW.
I am watching Fox this morning, they are discussing each issue Vets,
illegals, but not in the same conversation.

    1. Add to it the 1.4 million the WH is asking to help take care of the boarder issue (handle the immigrants) .. help student loans but not identify where the $$ is coming from, and now throwing SecDef under the bus (I called that one on Monday), looks like just another day in the WH.

It’s sad when the current administration’s priorities are so damn ass backwards to that which is happening around them. Millions spent on illegals (which I do recognize as humanitarian) including opening military facilities to house them, yet we have homeless vets with no where to go.

      1. Agree.
Don’t forget they layed out a Welcome Matt!!!
I would like to know how many Border Patrol people have right now working on the border.

  3. IRS/Politico

You need a weed-whacker to cut through the adjectives to describe “a tiny fraction” or the words of our dear leader “not a smidgeon” …

“IRS acknowledged that some non-public taxpayer information was shared in the documents but said a tiny fraction of the data at issue was “inadvertently” shared.”

the tax agency sent 1.1 million pages of tax return data about 501(c)(4) organizations to the FBI just before the 2010 midterms.

From all the scandals and outrages, the IRS stands out has the single most outrageous and dangerous affront to our liberties because the IRS is the one 3-letter entity that affects all of us. It can take away everything we have ever owned and/or tax it to death and beyond.
Between 80 and 90 administration staffers knew about the swap.

The Inner Fiefdom rules and congress is the only body that can overthrow it (legally). Will they? Of course not.

    1. If fair means of throwing Obama out of office won’t work, I fear it may not be long before foul means are used.

People who have nothing to lose, sooner or later, lose it; and with this stercoraceous (look it up) economy wiping so many people out, the number of Americans with nothing to lose is getting dangerously high.

Mass importation of an underclass; releasing some of our worst sworn enemies in exchange for “one of ours” who may turn out not to be; spiting the sacrifices of the warrior class; weaponizing government agencies against political opponents; we may just be getting to a second helping of that “long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinc[ing] a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism.”

For what it’s worth: Nicolae Ceaușescu thought he could keep his cult of personality gig going forever, too.

      1. You know Eric Cantor, tried this 2009-2012 tried laying the SWORD, FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA AND HIS FAMILY IN 2009, they first night in WASHINGTON and doing the INAUGURATION DANCE, THEY WAS DOWN THE STREETS PLOTTING Against the NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT OBAMA, we think it about 12 or 13 of them plotting the OBSTRUCTION OF PRESIDENT OBAMA and how to make him a one term PRESIDENT, BUT PRESIDENT OBAMA WENT ON TO WIN A SECOND TERM, THE REPUBLICANS JUST CAN’T GET PASSED, they racism and hatred, jealousness and envy.
