In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

    1. Great find Denise.
As far as I’m concerned the post presidency started on day one.
Remember just out of the chute we paid for a pizza chef to fly to the White House from Missouri ?

  1. I watched Fox last night and found out about that pathetic comment made by O’s aide. Now apologizes. Do you think the main stream media are going to show the comment made, than the news that he apologized. I don’t think so.

    1. In this case, the media will be working against the WH because the public is overwhelmingly (for once!) against the Bergdahl swap. He is apologizing because the results of his comments were–and still will be–negative for him and not for the platoon.

  2. WH wanted some positive news.
They should have shown film of him working behind his desk at 6:30 a.m. with a pile of papers.
Instead of releasing, FIVE MAJOR TERRORIST.
    That is the terrible issue.

  3. Keith, I really appreciate and LIKE this new Morning News format with the synopses. Thanks for the time that you put into it. The Doss just moved up to the top of my bookmarks. Sorry, Drudge.

  4. A fine selection and format. Thanks Keith.

A small addition that might help in keeping some of the Liars Club members straight.

A useful look at the very thin and incompetent Obama foreign policy and national security team. /search?

  5. Question.

I was watching some of the R Senators discuss the meeting yesterday wherein the WH was supposed to provide reasons and thinking behind the failure to notify Congress about the release of the Obama Five.

And I can’t remember which Senator — I’m thinking Sessions but I could be wrong — was talking about one person in particular that he suggested was of particular weight in persuading Obama to do what he did. I thought that person’s name was something like Tony Blanken — but it’s not –. Anybody catch that or know what I am “talking about” — so weakly.

  6. The o on D-Day: beware when he throws in “dignity”. Also, I see he threw in the immigrants and diversity.
What I do love is that now the teleprompters are always shown visible at some point. I remember the old days.

  7. Side Note: Apparently God doesn’t strike people down with lightning bolts (or anything else.) Proof? President Barack Hussein Obama standing on the sands of Omaha Beach.
