In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

  1. “meets with African American civil rights leaders” = Let the Race Baiting spew from the Dear Leader! (re: that Florida shooting)

  2. Just one more action packed day in the life of the leader of the free world. At least he’s not doing anything significant or that will cost us more tax money (I hope).

  4. Another busy day.
A trip to a unionized grocery warehouse to speak to the faithful, then back to the WhiteHouse to listen to the Black Grievance Committee, a briefing from the clueless SecHagel, and then finally a respite from Presidential tedium with a special preview of a movie that honors men and women doing something honorable without any fanfare or public applause.

      1. There really were monuments men and they provided a great service in recovering art stolen by the Nazi’s. But something tells me that with Clooney involved there will be an undercurrent of
anti America in it somehow. I doubt the Obama’s have a clue about this part of history.

          1. I’ve seen really good shows about the monuments men on the History Channel a much better place that Clooney’s revisionist version. The true stories are very interesting. OT the Nazi officer in charge of Paris was told to destroy the city entirely he refused.

  5. Just how many people are invited to this movie screening? Is this an official function paid for by taxpayers? If so, we somehow need to cut their allowance. This “Let them eat cake” attitude has worn very thin.
