In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

Cruz: Obama Should Apologize for Obamacare Lie

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) says President Obama should use the State of the Union to apologize for his false promise that everyone could keep their health insurance:

And, you know, for the State of the Union, one of the things President Obama really oughta do is look in the TV camera and say to the over five million Americans all across this country who’ve had their health insurance canceled because of Obamacare, to look in the camera and say, “I’m sorry. I told you if you like your health insurance plan, you can keep it.

“I told you if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. And that wasn’t true. I’m sorry.”

I’d say, be careful what you ask for. He just might do it.

    1. I see Keith’s idea. If the man sits there and looks like a young child does after he aplogizes for not doing his homework, after he promised he did it. He would appear to be sincere to all of the people he has fooled already. As far as the people who see right though him.
However Keith, I would expect a solution to the problem if the goes as far a that. However with that crew, they do not plan ahead.

    2. like Eddie replied I’m blown away that some people can make $9618 in a few weeks on the internet . take a look at the site here>>> FB39.COM

  1. If MrO had planned on some lame apology for the big lie, SenCruz has just made sure it will never happen.
A savvy politician would not only apologize, but thank SenCruz for giving him the option. Americans love to forgive.

  2. Obama may say, “I’m sorry that the Affordable Care act didn’t roll out like it should. The extremist in the Republican party made sure of that”.

Bill Clinton would apologize. Because he’s a politician first and an ideologue second.
Obama is an ideologue using his power as President.
Same way Obama could never be a Governor or Mayor. Too much work. He’s in this for “change” and “good intentions”

If he could create a Utopia he would. As long as he still got the best concert seats, the best Golf Times, and got to meet the best people.

  3. What about the lie about ‘the lie’? He said insurers were cancelling policies because they wanted to – nothing to do with Obamacare.
As long as there is life on the planet….and someone else to blame…Obama will never apologize or admit that he lied.

  4. I could see President Obama apologizing………………Something like this…..I am sorry that the Republicans refuse to work me on the Affordable Care Act. Therefore, I will just use my Pen and Phone to rule like I want.

  5. Senator Cruz also said an apology isn’t enough. It needs to be followed up with actions to fix Obamacare. That ain’t ever gonna happen with Preezy Revenge. This is the interview that the fossilized, disrespectful commie, Scheiffer, had sliced and diced to remove mention of this regime’s abuse of power. Senator Cruz posted the missing segment that questions the indictment of Dinesh D’Souza.

    1. I will be calling a couple of companies and telling them I will not be using their advertized protec anymore.
Scheiffer has relatives and friends and associates that he has to face as well.

  6. OMG! FLINO is passing a tin cup around on the eve of the SOTU.
$10.00, please….before he gives the SOTU address tomorrow night!
    We have to protect Obamacare!

***In reality, they’re taking up a collection for BFF, Beyonce. She is suffering from a bad case of double pneumonia after performing last night at the Grammy’s. The wardrobe truck never arrived. She performed in her b-day suit.

    Friend —

Earlier this month, because of what you did, it became illegal for insurance companies to discriminate against the up to 129 million Americans living with pre-existing conditions. Young Americans are able to stay on their parents’ health care plans as they get on their feet, and we can now know that our insurance companies won’t put lifetime caps on our coverage.

You should be so proud of that. That happened because you organized, you talked to your friends and neighbors, and you chipped in what you could, when you could, to elect Barack and a Congress who supported his agenda.

Today, I’m asking you to do it again.

So before Barack gives his State of the Union address tomorrow, chip in $10 or more and help protect Obamacare:

    Thank you so much,
