    This makes sense. According to his Wiki, his doctors treated his endocrine disorders with a “combination included hormones, animal organ cells, steroids, vitamins, enzymes, and amphetamines, and potential side effects included hyperactivity, hypertension, impaired judgment, nervousness, and mood swings.”

      As a certified Project Manager, I’d be embarrassed to have my name associated with this mess. This is a colossal failure from beginning to end. Even an average project manager would have managed this thing better and been able to identify gaps, issues, and perhaps mitigate some of the problems.

      I’d love to take a look at the scope statement or the needs assessment. Let alone the project plan and all the other little details.

      But you’re right, it’s about payoffs. In project management there’s a little thing called “gold plating” where you add things to the agreed upon scope. In this case I think there was a lot of “gold plating” going on and it had nothing to do with adding to the project at hand.

    i.e. blame Republicans generally and Tea Party members specifically, making sure to point out that minorities and women are suffering because Republican terrorist hate them. Don’t actually FIX anything, just shift the blame so you can declare what you REALLY need is more power…

    HAHA! Good luck with THAT! It will be at LEAST as beneficial as it was when Hillz “testyfied” on Benghazi, or Lois Laner on IRS abuses…although maybe there’s SOME benefit in getting those sour-pussed women in people’s faces every now and again, but all the LIVs remember is that it’s Republican’s fault, and maybe some kinda war on women b/c they’re all technically female (although someone should REALLY check Hillary, I think there’s room for doubt there…)

You’re obviously a racist and the IRS will be calling once Eric Holder gets done with you… Actually, though, he doesn’t fire anyone because he’s quite pleased with their foolishness. It advances his goal of tearing down the U.S. system, making it open to one more of his liking…

    I don’t think it’s possible. No one’s ever been able to locate a brain in a Democrat, just a really, really overdeveloped speen and bilary system and – oddly enough – an anal sphincter develops on BOTH ends of their nacent gastric tract from blastula on, and never differentiates. This is why Democrat leadership tends to have a rather severe “mouth” pucker all the time, and also explains the “duck face” meme popular among Democrat supporters…
