  1. It’s all the Republicans fault. Republicans won’t negotiate. Republicans are bad, evil people. Republicans are the devil incarnate. Tea Party Republicans are the worst. The Republicans are irresponsible.

The President’s view won’t change. He is asking nothing of Republicans.

    Oh, hum. Repeat.

    • Ah, there’s “no venom” between the President and the T-Party. According to Jay Carney.

Obama wants to use illegal powers to take over the Debt ceiling. that’s the purpose.

      • Illegal powers to gtske over the debt ceiling is precisely the plan IMO.

There were probably no questions about administration comments that this will last as long as they are winning. This is a pudding contest. America and Americans will always be acceptable collateral damage for this guy. But never at the cost of an illegal.

  2. Reporter asks Carney if the President has done anything to lighten the burden on the American people. Carney responds that the President has asked Congress to do it.

    Truman: “The buck stops here.”
Obama: “The buck never got here.”

Nothing is ever his responsibility. It’s always someone else’ job to act.

  3. This administration reminds me of a Father who hates his eldest son, for reasons the kid will never understand. The kid simply can’t do anything right: the father is always mad at him, and when things go wrong, the father always takes it out first on the son.
That’s how the o’s and his incompetent minions act: first they go as far as they can get by with to take it (whatever the daily “it” is) out on ordinary people (for example, closing the White House and the National Parks and Monuments). After that it’s the Military, whether currently serving (closing the PX’s) or veterans (barricading and wiring shut the Memorials).. The pattern is consistent.
It’s my firm belief and experience that eventually that son gets bigger than the father and beats the ____ out of him.
Dysfunctional? Too kind. Grown-up spoiled brat? Closer.
