      • Now close your eyes, srdem, and try to image hearing those words in her own voice. I’ve never heard a woman with more of a hectoring, bullying tone than her.

      • Hillary Clinton, when asked about Benghazi was quick to say that many lives were lost in other attacks — not only Benghazi. Huh? So because there have been other deadly attacks,
she’s actually saying “What difference does it make” when it comes to our Ambassador being murdered with the three other Americans?? She’s as cold as ice when it comes to Benghazi only worried about her Prezzy election. She knows she was terribly wrong with the way she handled it and has expressed no remorse or concern or empathy about the Ambassador, only anger.

        • Hillary Clinton would be second novelty president, if she wins its because this time its a woman — last time it was because Obama was black. I don’t understand, all I know is that the Obama election was rascist, most of the people who voted for him did because of his color and if Hilllary wins (ugh) it’ll be because a novelty to have a woman now. How irresponsible can these morons be — Hillary has no accomplishments or qualifications to be PRESIDENT?? Neither did Obama, why did he deserve to be President? Because he’s black and reads a teleprompter to talk? He’s completely out of touch, like a 60’s radical.

      • Terrible language, if thats the way she talks, there’s something wrong with her. Do we need a person like that for President. We already are sufffering with the one we have now?

    • ”Where’s the miserable c**k sucker?” (otherwise known as “Bill Clinton.”

“Come on Bill, put your d**k up! You can’t f**k her here!!” From the book “Inside the White House” by Ronald Kessler, p. 243; Hillary to Gov. Bill Clinton when she spots him talking with an attractive female.

Ya’ know, a small part of me admires these bits.

    • Shrillary. Have to confess…I was relieved when Obama won the primary. This woman is a shrew of the highest magnitude. Bill must be suffering from ‘battered husband’ syndrome. Then again, he’s never home.
Dick Morris has lots of juicy stories….

      • Speaking of Hillary remember when things started going badly in
2008 and she ‘cried’ at a campaign stop? Notice how there are no
tears or even a passing thought for 4 dead Americans on her watch? She’s a real cold heartless person.

          • The GOP have some really good examples of her dereliction of duty and lack of any compassion for those
who died while under her supervision I hope they’re not
to cowardly to use them. She’s one cold heartless woman.

      • I just looked at a number of state polls on RealClearPolitics, and they have Shrillary not only trouncing every Democrat who might run against her in the primaries but every Republican in the general as well. I. Just. Don’t. Understand.

      • JP, understatement of the day. The quotes are those that were only heard/repeated. I don’t even want to think what was whispered under her breath. She is the poster-child-pantsuit for the progressives.

    • OMG, these quotes just have to be true! A friend of mine has a brother-in-law who worked as a secret service agent in the Clinton White House. He used to say every other word out of Hilary’s mouth started with the f-word.

  1. So here is a question about the current political climate that I have been struggling with:

Do you get better results by making an uncompromising stand based on your own convictions/beliefs or do you get better results by attempting to meet the other guy in the middle, then trying to move him incrementally toward your position later?

    • “results” is a vague notion.
There is always give and take when 2 or more parties decide to discuss. Usually this is because there is a stale mate and they need each other. It also depends what is at stake.

For the political professionals they care about one thing. How to stay in power and how to increase they success rate in power.

It’s hard to compromise with them on that. Now, if they think it’s easier to stay in power by compromising they will. If they don’t…well it doesn’t matter what we think.

    • Would this be with friends? I have a sister and best friend who voted for Obama, and I have found it’s best to stay off the subj. I have another friend who apologized (I know you are jealous) for how wrong she had been!!! Now that was nice.

      • Same here, Friend Star. I learned the hard way not to bring up politics to certain family members. A dear life-long friend was lost because of a careless remark about Obamacare.

        • Yup, same-o same-o. All of my in-laws are Ogrifter supporters, and since they are the local family, all the functions occur @ my house because it’s easiest for wheel-chair bound mother-in-law to attend. It’s hard & sometimes gets very tense during birthday parties, which MIL just loves to host, although WE do all the work, she just gets the cake. She recently had a stroke, requires in-home nurses & home-makers, but insists on living alone, except for demanding time/care from the 3 daughters. She is so left-wing that she even fired one of her home-care workers because she made a comment about Odumdum. How stupid is that.

          • We took care of Mom for 17 yrs. She didn’t know who Obama was. My sister would start these long discussions–apparently for her–about how great he was, how great it was to have a black president–I would just maintain–but my tongue is half-chewed off. I wanted to not use a doctor who started right in on the first visit about our wonderful new president–but I thought better of making an issue. The next one could be worse. Now Mom is dead, the doctor retired, but of course we still have…I am depressed now.

          • Bill Clinton finally cured my mother of being a Democrat. And, FCMABBHO got my lesbian sister politically active–for the GOP.

        • Mine are all liberal really liberal Vermont type and occupy type.
I say nothing waste of breath oddly they’ve all got lots of money so they are pretty much clueless.

    • I think Margaret Thatcher addressed this dilemma about convictions/beliefs will these words.
” To me, consensus seems to be the process of abandoning all beliefs, principals, values and policies.
So it is something in which no one believes and to which no one objects. ”
Much better than, these are my values/principals, and if you don’t like them, I have others you may like.

      • Other appropriate Thatcher quotes:

“I seem to smell the stench of appeasement in the air.”

“There are still people in my party who believe in consensus politics. I regard them as Quislings, as traitors… I mean it.”

        • Great quotes, CiscoKid and Susan. In the not too distant future Margaret Thatcher will be reevaluated and given her due. The reaction to her death by this administration still angers me.

    • I usually get the best results by asking them to explain their reasoning and stance, then gently asking questions until they see the absurdities on their own. Of course, some of them never do.

    • Scott: Great question. You can’t move Jell-O – it’s slippery, it clings to the floor when dropped, it has a very weak solid mass.
I think we’ve all tried both options. Incremental movements are time consuming and if they didn’t nudge them during the first four faulty years, I don’t see investing more time. I bet if we took a poll here, we’ve all lost a friend/relative and more importantly respect for the “blinded by hope n’ change” crowd.

  2. The White House’s deputy press secretary today downplayed Muslim attacks on Christians in Egypt, joking about the savagery that has left at least six Christians dead.

Press secretary Josh Earnest was asked by Fox News’ correspondent, Ed Henry, if President Barack Obama has a “red line” beyond which he would act against Muslim attacks on Egyptian Christians.

“Well, I didn’t bring my red pen out with me today,” Earnest joked.

After making his joke, Earnest said the administration is “outraged… and concerned” about the Muslim attacks on almost 100 churches, monasteries, orphanages and other marked Christian sites. Many Christians’ shops and homes have also been looted and burned by mobs.

But Earnest didn’t name or criticize the attackers, even though he did charge the military with perpetrating “violence… against peaceful protestors.”

I’d like to shove that purple tie so far down his throat that I could grab the other end and tie a bow over his navel.

    • Wish we had a “like” button!!!! Also loved how he lied his way through the question about the Oklahoma murder. His eyes were looking down when he said he was not familiar with the case. Oh yeah, sure!!!

    • maybe they are just killing Christians because of a video. Right?

The Turks are blaming the Israelis for all this. What else is new?

At least the President is back from Vacation. Which means it must be time to go campaigning on his Canadian Buses.

    • “Outraged” seems to be one of Obama’s favorite word. Trayvon, the IRS, now Egypt.

The right word, followed up by little or no action.

      Some others:
      “red line”
“get to the bottom of this”.

      Leadership, Obama style.

        • 12 minutes late for a 38 minutes campaign (style?) speech to a group of students warmed up with jazz and exited to the loud strains of Bruce Springsteen. Obama called the Mayor by the wrong name (and blamed his advanced age of 52), blamed the GOP for massive problems, listed his own miraculous accomplishments building on the rubble of the financial collapse and setting the stage for a stronger future, which will include more college grads thanks to his spiffy new programs aimed at leveling the playing field for them.

Then five hours to rest before his next big love-in.

    • Yikes Mandy!! I understand that the press secretaries are known to embellish here and there or leave out a few details, but this admin is telling wopper upon wopper and is the least serious in many years. Hope you get an invite to the next press conference.

          • Really, really good article on AT today by Taleeb Starkes, “If G. W. Bush had a son, he’d look like Chris Lane” I see he has also written a book! Glad to know that some people are outraged by the attention some crimes are getting by the WH and how some are not!

          • Conservative sites seem to be the only ones covering the FOX question and answer, liberal sites are trained to ignore them because it’s, well, Fox News !

News sites like Mediate are already spinning the Chris Lane story into a nothingburger, and how dare the right blame Sharpton, those racists. Well, maybe thugs in Oklahoma would have never heard of Zimmerman if it weren’t for Sharpton trying to nail him with a hate crime?

If we can stop Sharpton and Jackson from ever pulling another Zimmerman, then Chris Lane would not have died in vain.

          • For quite some time today, AOL’s homepage started with an article from Huffpo (which cited the Daily Caller) about the hate-whitey tweets from James Edwards. The chief of police said there will not be race crime charges filed, but I think it’s up to the prosecutors to determine which kind of charges will be filed.

    • My Wed column ( for my local paper yesterday basically puts the blame for the Egyptian chaos on Obama’s chaotic Middle East policy. Curious as to what the crowd thinks. Has the U.S. fanned the flames with inaction and failing to lead from the beginning? (Except for that “leading from behind” in Libya of course)

      • It does not appear the the accepted form of democracy will take place in some of these countries for some time. Many of them appear to be far too tribal or fractured to gain the consensus required to move forward toward a fair and equitable democracy. Obummers misguided and pandering policy in Egypt and Syria has been a flop, no shocker there. To be fair not many US presidents can look back on resounding success of our policies in the middle east.

      • Geoff: Good question/topic re: Egypt. My go to source is Daniel Greenfield for a realistic overview. Give the article a read – it’s well worth it. IMO, America is and has been clueless on ME policy for decades, following the clueless European politicians. The political fires have always burned and the best that can be done is to tamper the flames from season to season, not unlike the wild fires in the western part of the US now. Of course, it helps if the ‘talking heads’ acknowledge that there is a fire and keep accelerants at a distance.

        Who Needs a Democratic Egypt?
In the big marble halls of Washington, in the slow ambling pace of summer cocktail parties where veterans of the political establishment still shake their heads at the fall of the Graham dynasty and the sale of the Post to a parvenu dot comer, the second favorite topic of conversation is how to make Egypt fall into line. All the cocktail party guests, the senators, their aides, the editors and editorial writers, the heads of foreign affairs think-tanks and generals angling for a lobbying gig wit…

      • Geoff, Well done. Your responses are via FB which I do not use. Curious to see what kind of reader response you will get.

I might have posted this elsewhere here, but this is a really good article on the ME and demo in Egypt. Walter Mead, always substantive. IMO.

Interestingly, there is quite a bit of blog talk, and analyses re. democracy in places where it will not flourish. You would think by now the Obama WH, and others who are hell bent on democracy and nation building, would see the light. Maybe this ME bust up is what we need to get America back on track and start to think about FP and America’s strategic goals, needs and support of humanitarian and human rights in a proper scope.

Obama seems pretty committed to the MB so I don’t expect to see that in this Administration, and God knows, certainly not with his crew of Kerry, Rice, Power, and Brennan.

        Anyhow, good job.

  3. How do we go about making it more financially rewarding to work than sit at home in a section 8 apartment, talking on a free cellphone, while dining on free food, to be followed by an EBT shopping spree. Those in true need for assistance are losing out to the frauds and waste in these programs.

    • Cold turkey when the money runs out. The truly needy will suffer along with the fraudsters unfortunately. Maybe the charities will step up for the innocent. I hope so, but the fraudsters deserve what the get.

    • Decades ago, before entitlement programs went into overload, weren’t community churches taking care of the elderly, disabled poor, down on their luck and homeless ? Perhaps we need to rethink that as an alternative to all the federal programs we’re feeding instead ?

      • Yes, you are right about the Churches; we still do in our community churches. I have a close friend who is Mormon and she and her husband work at a huge warehouse filled with food, etc, for Mormons who have had family problems and job losses, etc.

        • There was a special on TV not too long ago about this warehouse…..Even though the Mormons own it you don’t have to be a Mormon to get help from there according to the program….you just need to be a human being in need.

        • Churches? If Barry has his way, all churches will be dismantled and banned, synagogues as well. All other religious buildings to be replaced by mosques.

      • Decades ago the churches began to let the government take over what they had always been doing, feeding, clothing and housing the less fortunate. Now that the government is fully in charge, the churches should be screaming about not being able to feed the poor unless it’s regulated. Or housing the poor unless it’s regulated. Or clothing the poor unless it’s regulated. But they can’t because they’e the ones that allowed them to take over. So they have to spew the liberal talking points about how much better it is and how much more the government should do, as all their congregants leave because there’s nothing for them to do but work and send their money to the government.

  4. Thank you for the open forum, Keith. This is such fun. Today, Preezy Revenge is off to browbeat and discourage the youts of America in his big black Canadian Deathstar. Watch out New York, you’re up first.

  5. I read on HuffingtonPost that the House establishment Republicans, aka the Vichy Republicans, are talking about using the debt ceiling as leverage in the fight against Obamacare in place of defunding it. This strikes me as a move which the Democrats will interpret as a sign of weakness and backing down. Anyone have thoughts to the contrary?

  6. From Lamecherry…I do not find this implausible

“The chemical weapons being utilized in Syria are real. They are not of Col. Khadaffi nor of Bashir Assad origin. In fact, if one desires to know where these weapons came from in Middle East manufacture, the source of them is Saddam Hussein.
These WMD chems came directly to Syria from Iraq. No Saddam did not ship this weapons cache, but this cache was one in the Kurdish region by Mosul. They were located and under CIA control and recently entered in country to light the fuse in Syria.

Assad’s people did not use these weapons. This was al Qaeda group which answers to 1600 Penn Avenue as a greater regional realignment is taking place and the children of Aram are to be sacraficed on holocaust fires.
When the Russians make the statement that this was not Assad and it was the American or European backed terrorists in these “fighters”, they are not lying.
This is distressing to me personally as the Americans have a mother in these Syrians after the Exodus in she was the main progenitor of the American line through the sons of Manneseh.

I digress, but this is not right to be making a collossal pyre of Syria for the anti Christ’s coming kingdom.

There are not a great deal of these chemical weapons in only one truck load entered Syria. The protocols are changing in this, in the Jews are not to receive chemical greetings, but instead it is now calling for biological agents in “non lethal” anthrax to be introduced, again from Saddam’s missing WMD stores.
Upon inquiry there was about 97 pounds of this Saddam Anthrax brought into America, and it was not weaponized. It’s stores have been added to by a private lab on the east coast. This is where the source is for this anthrax in a “non lethal” spore.
Approximately 275 pounds of this WMD has left the states and is sitting in an American base in Turkey awaiting deployment.
One of the religious Jewish enclaves in northern Israel is the intended delivery point via rocket attack.

It is stated this blog stopped the original “Jew babies coughing up lungs” by publication of the original protocol. The new operational plans are for this “non lethal” anthrax to sow the seeds of destruction.

Protocol indicates end of August launch for a two week “war”.
    Tick tock………
    Goes the clock
    It was posted here
    So very clear
That chemical weapons would come to play
To blame Assad for his nuclear judgment day
The Russians now say it was Obama’s al Qaeda
The regime now says it was Assad duh
    Tick tock
    Tick tock
Will the war come last week late August”

    • Plus–Jill–many people probably do think Obama had something to do with Katrina–memories are faulty. They may also think they will “get” health insurance–whereas they are being forced to commit to BUY insurance.

  7. Samantha Power absent from UN Emergency Meeting. But being the woman of substance she is rest assured she is on the job–holding Twitter Townhalls and tweeting with gravitas the situation in Syria with this : Need peace so Syrians can live safe at home.

I am pretty sure all that SP safe at home stuff does not apply to Israelis.

    • Heard Andrew Cuomo is in the running for the next regime frontman in 2016. Betcha Barry is hitting him up for a large OFA donation. The larger the donation the better the odds of getting the nod from the grifter in chief.

    • Yes, Cuomo is definitely on the 2013 Short List for 2016. I’m sure BO’s begging him to deliver NY to him on a silver platter all those goodies BO needs to take back the House and keep the Senate in 2014 …. and he’ll endorse him for President, or give him lots of our money, or throw him under the bus…..Cuomo’s choice. Politics before Country is the the Obama way.

Ok, this was just a guess, I don’t know what they really talked about ;)

    • Here’s that speech at Hampton University he made after the vote.

“The people down in New Orleans they don’t care about as much!” Obama shouts in the video, which was shot in June of 2007 at Hampton University in Virginia. By contrast, survivors of Sept. 11 and Hurricane Andrew received generous amounts of aid, Obama explains. The reason? Unlike residents of majority-black New Orleans, the federal government considers those victims “part of the American family.”

The racially charged and at times angry speech undermines Obama’s carefully-crafted image as a leader eager to build bridges between ethnic groups. For nearly 40 minutes, using an accent he almost never adopts in public, Obama describes a racist, zero-sum society, in which the white majority profits by exploiting black America. The mostly black audience shouts in agreement. The effect is closer to an Al Sharpton rally than a conventional campaign event.

Obama gave the speech in the middle of a hotly-contested presidential primary season, but his remarks escaped scrutiny. Reporters in the room seem to have missed or ignored his most controversial statements. The liberal blogger Andrew Sullivan linked to what he described as a “transcript” of the speech, which turned out not to be a transcript at all, but instead the prepared remarks provided by the campaign. In fact, Obama, who was not using a teleprompter, deviated from his script repeatedly and at length, ad libbing lines that he does not appear to have used before any other audience during his presidential run. A local newspaper posted a series of video clips of the speech, but left out key portions. No complete video of the Hampton speech was widely released.

  8. Well, of course MrObama was responsible for the Katrina tragedy. He was in the US Senate at the time and did absolutely nothing to help “his” people get off their roofs, nor did he donate food or water to those in need.
MrsObama could have organized a national drive to gather low-fat, healthy food to be given to the refugees stuck in the sports arena, and of course, she could have flown down there to promote her “Let’s Move” program to help “her” people, um, move elsewhere.
Butt, as we now know, neither Obama lifted a finger to help Katrina victims.

      • Kimbly, when a baby vomits, it’s always a good idea to clean It up immediately – otherwise it leaves a stench. No matter, poster troll, puked nonsense.

        • Sadie, since you described it so accurately I’m happy to have avoided seeing the mess. I often wonder about these trolls and whether they’re paid to be part of Obama’s “Truth Team” or whether they’re a lone wolf out to wreak havoc just for fun.

          • AZ: I don’t know if it’s “single” one-off or a group that travels the net. I came to WHD on a recommendation from Bookwormroom. For the most part, I’d consider her site almost a troll-free zone, but even there they wander in on occasion and often speak in the Royal “we” plural, which is self-explanatory. I’ve never been tempted to wade into blind-believer sites. I figure I tick off enough on my old neighborhood FB page to cover those urges. I am too old and weary to do a political colostomy on the trolls. Gotta save my strength and sanity for important things.

      • You didn’t miss much. The Jill post was self-contradictory–some purported poll that said people thought Obama was responsible for Katrina and a lot of them read this site. I didn’t get it myself. But some people got torqued over it. Maybe I missed something. It seemed kinda drifty to me–not annoying.

  9. Reports are that activists (union organizers) are planning a worker’s strike at the big franchise fast food venues in certain cities.
Their goal; to force the franchise owners to raise their wages to $15@hour.
Other than throwing the slim-profit margin places into bankrupcy, and forcing fast-food lovers to the privately owned sandwich stores, food trucks, and pizza parlors, this strike won’t make a dent in the corporate world-wide profits, butt will be a financial disaster for the strikers.

Tradionally and historically, fast food restaurants have been part-time entry-level jobs for teenagers out to earn job experience and pocket money, not as a full time provider for funds to raise a family.
The hopeful strikers should be directing their anger and raised fists at Washingoton DC and President Obama instead of their harried employers.

    • I don’t get the $15/hr push either. These are great jobs for kids and retired people to supplement SS too.

My daughter’s first job at 16 was at Taco Bell and she hated it, so she took lifeguard classes while working there then resigned when a pool offered her $11/hr. Sort of what Ashton Kutcher was talking about …. opportunities, and you never quite the job you have til you have the next one. This was the 90’s and what entry level jobs were all about and should still be.

      • good catch Denise.. I forgot about retired people doing jobs like that. Pushing the min wage up to double the current setting would affect all senior citizens who WANT to keep working. Means less hours for them. Those who worked for me in retail were better than HS graduates. However they had to be careful with their hours and by fall had to almost stop working. And I am only talking 12 hours. They were committed, and for the most part a pleasure to work with. I had one gentleman who would put 16-18 yr olds to shame, and even some 20+ yoa adults.

So they want more to do less. And feel no big deal the prices at the business they work at may double to cover them.

        Must be nice.

  10. The Preezy appeared and spoke at the college in Buffalo dressed in tan slacks, a sports jacket, and an open necked dark blue shirt; no suit, no tie.
Sitting behind him on the podium are several young men in dress shirts and ties.

Americans stand up when the POTUS enters a room, butt this imposter can’t even bring himself to dress appropriately as befits his station. Disgraceful and insulting to his office.

  11. Obama is doing this ‘bus tour’ talking about the cost of College…
Im just curious how “Barack Hussein Obama” could pay to attend Columbia Univ. AND Harvard Law School…?

I am a US Vet, with the G.I. Bill and I could not pay for my college degree at Univ. of Delaware (I had hopes of studying Chinese language in China and geting an M.A. & going to law school)

How did “Barack Hussein Obama” pay for his college & law degree…?

  12. Under category of What Fresh Hell is This (a la Dorothy Parker), this from Julie Pace of the AP, the proposed college rating system:

Obama says he will ask Congress to link the new rating system to the way federal financial aid is disbursed, with students attending highly-rated schools receiving larger grants and more affordable student loans.

And like coal mines, those who don’t rate slowly evaporate, I guess.

Now they are getting into this…

Planned Parenthood’s Obamacare “Navigators” To Be Given Access To Every Americans’ Personal, Medical, Tax Information…

    – Planned Parenthood employees will soon have access to a vast federal database of sensitive information, including the Social Security number, tax form, bank account, and medical records of every single American citizen as the president seeks their help in implementing ObamaCare.

    • “HHS will not require background checks or fingerprinting of employees, and a previous criminal conviction – including one for identity theft – does not necessarily disqualify an employee from becoming a navigator.”

This is beyond a train wreck waiting to happen. Our medical and tax information should remain confidential. I can just see the minions/navigators who decide to do a Snowden and leak all our info to the DNC, OFA, ACORN and whatever other acronym is affiliated with this corrupt administration.

Further more, if all doctors are required to ask if you have a gun in your home (they asked me, and no I wasn’t there for depression), then they’ll have access to that also. I realize they can check other databases for gun info, but this will be all nice and tidy rolled into one database.

      • He wanted and got his “civilian army”.

What has my knickers in a twist is that the R’s have controlled the purse strings since 2010/11, which signals to me that they’re just dandy with the results. The fact that they’re still in deliberations about “funding” is a ruse and has more to do with the budget debate in the Fall.
        WE’VE BEEN HAD!

  14. Now that Kerry and Clinton have cleared the State Department of any responsibility for the murder of an Ambassador and three other Americans, apparently State feels no further responsibility to answer to anyone about anything.

The flip responses from Jennifer Psaki at a recent presser were juvenile, condescending and irresponsible. Then again she once called Brett Baier a “lunatic” and thought it clever to say that she was thinking of putting “dead fish in the Fox” news cubby.

Fish rots from the top and this is the Obama fp team.

    • she’s a piece of work. pretty much everything she says is condescending. I didn’t think anyone could make me miss Victoria Nuland, but Jen does.

  15. I may have missed it but I don’t think this received much national coverage. DHS spent $15 million to build 41 homes in Ajo,AZ for Border Patrol agents. Twenty homes cost $600,000 each and 21 manufactured homes were purchased at $80,000 each. Included in the $15 mil were costs to buy out land leases, relocate homeowners and all, not to mention the top of the line energy efficient appliances. Ajo is a small town less than an hour north of the border and about two hours sw of Phoenix. It used to be a bustling little town until the open pit copper mine closed back in the 80’s. Sadly, it’s hard to warrant this pricy housing there although I know they need border patrol officers living closer to the border. Right now we’re paying two hours drive time for some border patrol officers just to get to work. Here’s the link to the article aobut the houses.

Not to worry though, McCain is all over this, calling it “disgraceful” and he said someone should be fired. I figure if nobody is fired over Benghazi, it’s not going to happen over these houses.

    • I read that the total spent would average out at $600K per house, but that’s not what it cost to build the homes. Most of the money went for buying property, and installing modern sewers and plumbing kind of stuff.

A friend is a current border agent and he works near Nogales, but had to move his family to Marana, AZ because of the costs and scarity of homes since more agents were added to the southern tier. It takes him 2 hours, one way, to get to work, so he spends a week living in the barracks, then goes back home.

It makes sense to have agents living close to where they work.
Ajo is as awful a place to live in AZ; hot, dry, and a big nothing.
In a state that used to be very sparsely populated, it was not unusual for our prison system to build homes for guards and their families near the actual prison.
People don’t know or forget that the Federal government owns millions of acres of Arizona that are nothing but scrub, cactus, and sand.
OT: it’s surprising that such a small, sparsely populated state like Arizona could make so much noise on the national political scene.

  16. This is what Obama, Eric Holder, Al Sharpton’s race war gets you. Thugs, cowards and predators prowling the streets of Obama’s Amerika.
And this is not misplaced anger on my part. This is justified. Obama and the Democrats are to blame for encouraging this behaviour through relentless pursuit of ideology and hastening the decline of culture, morals, religion, family, individual responsibility and liberty. Screw them. I hope this man haunts their sleep.

    • Its true, when I heard about the animal thugs that killed the Australian ballplayer for fun, I immediately, in my mind, blamed Obama and Holder who are constantly stirring up racial hatred, every day! That is their only goal, they are not interested in all the people, just black people, ILLEGAL immigrants, only minorities and they don’t hide it. This is what probably drove these ignorant animals to kill a white person.

      • I first looked at the current administration, but then threw in the media (lame stream) and the 2 Rev’s who love to stir the pot. I just read the comment (well, tweet) by one of them and was not surprised at the response. Will he be called on it. Doubtful. There has been some media call them out, but far, few and in between.

      • I don’t know if you checked the link but this is two black guys who beat a WWII vet — Shorty — to death outside a social club. I think he was about 88 years old. No friggin’ reason.

  17. I discovered WHD, thru Drudge Report, although at first, when I ran the cursor over the story, and seen “whitehousedossier” I thought it was a website set up by the Obama Administration, to report “fishy” emails. Boy was I wrong.

Thanks for telling us, what the White House groupies seem to overlook.

  18. This caught my eye in the local news ….
Public Health will be providing Tdap shots for 6th graders tomorrow from 9 a.m. until noon. The Virginia Beach Department of Public Health is located at 4452 Corporation Lane, Virginia Beach.
Please bring the child’s shot record and a picture I.D. of the adult bringing the child to the clinic.

A picture I.D. ? What kind of racism and suppression is this ??? /sarc
