In the history of mankind, many republics have risen, have flourished for a less or greater time, and then have fallen because their citizens lost the power of governing themselves and thereby of governing their state. TR

  1. Nothing on the schedule. Good! Another day to find new ways to screw those racists who work for a living so I, I mean the government of the people, by the people and for the people, can continue to provide food stamps and other welfare to the oppressed masses and keep printing the paper to fund Wall Street to bankroll my corporate contributors, I mean job creators, and my union buddies.
American workers, BoHICA! If you thought we had been reamed, wait until my third term! Sorry,Hilary. Bill has screwed you, figuratively, so many times, you will not notice another!

  4. Agree, Keith, the statement that Barry read in a pause in between the BBQ:s was a well worded way of saying, we will do nothing. And that´s good. Stay out. So Barry, put on the apron and go back to the BBQ. Let the military handle it. He had some fancy words about his dislike of when the principle of security trumps individual freedom and it sounded rather funny to me given the NSA spying, the IRS scandal and the persecution of Snowden. He shouldn´t preach about individual freedom. However, what I would like Obama and all the Western leaders to do is to give the Christians in Egypt some support. More than twenty churches , threehundred Christian stores and many ,many homes destroyed. A united, unanimous statement to help them, that´s the least the West can do. The Christians in Egypt must feel extremely alone and bitter.
And of course, congratulations to your rating. So well deserved. Yes, Power requires accountability and you do it so good. !
