  1. MrObama, who in his natural braggart manner, warned the warring Syrians that America would do, well, something if WMD’s were used in the conflict. His inflated ego assumes that everyone in the world fears the might of America when we haven’t won a war, battle, or the rights to hold the Olympic games since like forever.

    Diversity. What a crock of political correctness at it’s worst. Certain groups that represent women or Blacks are whining that MrObama hasn’t made cabinet choices from what must be an new affirmative action program that only represents their particular agenda.
    While it appears that MrObama’s criteria for an appointment to cabinet status is the candidate’s wealth and ability to raise funds for political purposes, he does have the right to choose whomever he pleases regardless of their class/racial/ ideology.

  2. Re: Curl’s story on Obamacare

    So, if I get this straight, the costs associated with this program were said to be approx $900 billion and have now been revised to be $1.7 trillion (taking shoes off to count) Golly, that’s about double. But to even implement this monstrosity, the Government wants more money, a value that has not even been set yet. Hmmmmm

    (Humming the theme song of the American Taxpayer “What Kind of Fool am I?”)

    • And when companies send out the letters that they no longer “have” health insurance–maybe check out the state exchanges, have a nice day–well, BOOM!

    Well, Alawite Assad may just have pushed Sunni Obama off the fence with his latest atrocity against Sunnis;

    There’s a limit to what Obama will tolerate in attacks on his TRUE people, and this might be where it is.

    Plus, it will help him look “tough on Muslims” to the no-info voters who don’t even know there ARE differences in Islamic beliefs, let alone that Obama tends to kill only hated (by Obama) Shi’ites instead of blessed (to Obama) Sunnis. The water here was muddied for Obama on Assad, though, because he’s Alawite. Without Hilz around to explain to Obama what an Alawite is (Kerry doens’t even know the proper names of countires, so it’s probably “Syriastan” to him, and they didn’t have Alawites in Indonesia where Barry grew up), and the fact that Syria is majority Sunni and the army is majority Sunni, and Assad is married to a Sunni, Obama – “red line” or not – kinda dithered on whether to strike. Maybe he’s actually going to make a decision now, or maybe the Grand Mufti will order him to…

    There are futher complications for our “defender of women” Prezzy though. Were to beat Assad down to the point where the rebel Sunnis have free reign, they are likely to unleash THIS “charm offensive”;
    “An Islamic cleric has cleared the path for rebels in Syria, who are trying to oust President Bashar Assad, to rape women, so long as they’re non-Sunni.

    “Salafi Sheikh Yasir al-Ajlawni, who hails from Jordan but who lived in Damascus for 17 years, sent a message via YouTube: It’s a “legitimate fatwa” for Muslims waging war against Mr. Assad and trying to put in place a Sharia government to “capture and have sex with” Alawites and other non-Sunni, non-Muslim women, Human Events reports. Mr. Assad is part of the Alawites sect.
    In the video, the cleric called non-Muslim women by their Arabic term, “melk al-yamin,” Human Events reports. The term is from the Koran and refers to non-Muslim sex slaves, Human Events says.”

    Hopey doesn’t have much of an issue with this personally (they’re Shi’ite, after all, and therefore subhuman apostates to him – plus he has little interest in women himself, although you can sympathize to a degree with THIS if Michelle is the woman in his life), but he DOES have to OCCASIONALLY do something to try to keep his coalition of the dysfunctional together. After all, the only thing that unites militant feminist N.O.W. members, jihadi Muslims, and Hollywood actors together in the Democrat party is a shared hatred for America; tip the scale by killing ONE sacred cow (NOT a reference to N.O.W., but maybe should be…) and you might have trouble with keeping the whole thing glued together until it’s too late…

    THIS is what all the Presidential angst is about, nothing more. As with Benghazi, it takes awhile to determine the most IMPORTANT part –

    What Is Best For OBAMA?

    Until we do THAT, we do NOTHING.

    So, good luck, Alawite ladies of Syria, once the Obama-supplied and U.S. missile backed troops come for ya.

    I know it’s cold comfort, but he’s be raping US for YEARS.

    As for Obama, he’ll kill some Shi’ites somewhere when he’s d@mn good and ready, whether they have something to do with chemical weapons or whatever or not; but, FIRST, political calculus; THEN, useless, self-serving action without any regard for what might be in the United States’ national interest.

    It’s the Obama way.

  4. In the same edition in which the NYT wrote of his red line in the sand being an off the cuff remark gone awry the Times had a long romanticized or glamorized account of Tsarnaev #2 with the sexiest photo of him accompanying the article. ‘Jahar’ and Tamerlan like Bonny and Clyde from a dysfunctional family; Tamerlan and mother experiencing a ‘religious epiphany’.

  5. So Preezy Revenge is heading out to campaign in Texas again? The economy in Texas is doing better than most because of the prosperity generated by shale oil drilling. No doubt he’ll try to take credit for it, even though his environazis are doing everything they can to shut it down. Since this useless tool doesn’t ever want to be seen as governing, maybe he should just go on a permanent vacation and leave us to repair the damage he has done to America.

  6. More trips? More prancing around trashing Republicans? Will he mention the zero manufacturing jobs? Want to start an “abstinence” game? Please, please, let it be the shirtsleeves–I love that! Also maybe someone’s backyard or actual kitchen table! That is genius.

  7. Ah yes, fire up WH Air, we’re going on tour! Endless campaigning again to stir up the masses on another subject he’s not good at. He’s kinda backed off on Green initiatives for now, since he has been spanked hard over the energy failures. Oh wait, those were not his fault.

    Unemployment may be down to 7.5% (which IMO is way off) but I have a feeling next month is not going to do well for our economy. As sequester is finally taking hold, the draw down of defense projects, and other govt contracted / sub contracted businesses are letting workers go. Even a nuclear power plant in the state is shutting down, causing the loss of 900 jobs. These all have residual effect on the local economy. Our governor is working hard to increase job hiring, but it’s a tough road when outside entities are the problem.

    Am glad he is not flying here. Wonder if he will go to Detroit and LA.
