During oral arguments Tuesday, Solicitor General Donald Verilli Jr. became part of the problem the White House is having with the Supreme Court. He sounded at times like he just heard Sunday that the individual mandate challenge going to be heard before the Supreme Court. The White House was forced to say that Verrilli did a wonderful job, which no one seems to agree with.
