Did Bo Return From Hawaii for Obama’s Photo Op?

Bo Obama was supposed to be in Hawaii. Instead, he showed up at President Obama’s side Wednesday shopping for treats at PetSmart

According to Michelle Obama’s press office, the first dog was planning to go to Hawaii with the first lady and the Obama daughters. The Chicago Sun-Times reported that he in fact had gone there. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser quoted an eyewitness who said he had seen the Portuguese Water Dog having his walk.

So what is Bo doing back in Washington shopping at PetSmart?

Either these reports are mistaken, or Bo was told his vacation was over and that he had to return to the White House to keep a lonely president company – and participate in a silly photo op presenting Obama as an average guy who likes to head out to the PetSmart.

If Bo returned from Hawaii, who paid for his flight?

It’s possible he hitched a ride on a return flight of the Air Force plane that brought Michelle to Hawaii, which wouldn’t have really added much to Michelle’s more than $100,000 price tag for her solo trip.

Or maybe he commandeered his own Air Force jet.

    Maybe it is a stand in for Bo. Can’t go shopping for doggie treats without the first dog. It is more than likely a lookalike, No one is crazy enough to fly a dog back from hawaii!!! LOL!!! Just kidding, Obama would. The rest of the country can drown in its own dispare as long as Barry and the family are number 1.

    I’m a Navy pilot and I was there. The Mission Accomplished banner was put up by the ship, not the White House. It was about the completion of the LIN deployment, not the war. In hindsight it may have been poor judgement for the President’s staff to allow the ship to leave the banner up as a backdrop to the speech, but on the other hand can you imagine how insulting it would have been to the crew if they had asked them to remove it? In any case, major combat operations — the destruction of the enemy’s military forces — WERE complete. Counter-Insurgency is by definition is not major combat. That doesn’t mean it’s not brutal, difficult and time-consuming but major combat operations were over. Can we please move on.

    Hawaii does have a quarantine period of up to 5 days all carnivores. Most likely Bo received a quick release but unlikely that he would meet re-entry requirements so quickly after just leaving the state. Unless Bo has different rules.

This crucial photo op, designed to make American feel real good about a dog-loving President (while they feel real bad about a spendthrift First Lady), was just the sort of thing that Bo2 could handle nicely.

Tell me last time a first dog died while in office? Bo’s got more doubles then Saddam Hussein. It’s all in effort to spare the country the grief of dealing with the first dog dying. Legend has it the original BO is buried in POTUS’s veggie garden. He’s was killed by VP Joe Biden, who had mistaken him for the mysterious killer, Man-bear pig. Biden had been on high alert, since being shown pictures of the animal hiding behind a bush in the rose garden by Al “please can I have some attention”Gore.

    If he had an ounce of common sense with all the problems he loves to create, he would be better off attempting a solution rather than planning photo shoots at Pet Smart with a dog on tour on my dime. Does anyone really believe that he will pay for his own expenses when he bought two tour buses for his campaign use on our dime. He however he does not stand alone as a phoney, we all share in all of this in that we tolerate it and he won the 2008 election overwhelmingly by telling everyone what he was going to do. Here we have the FLOTUS taking a $100,000 dollar Christmas Vacation to Hawaii and participating in a “Pizza Party” in Kailua,Hawaii. Kailua is the very UPSCALE area of Oahu so it fits in with the “queen” robbing elbows with the upper crust of Hawaii. These are the people that her lying sack-of-crap husband wants to punish on the one hand while taking their largess contributions on the other. Amazing!

The former President joined a carrier task for returning from Iraq to congratulate them on a job well done. The media jumps it and makes the title about the war in Iraq and NOT the carrier battle group.

In that case, the president had all of his advisors and the media running around and talking about the killing of bin Laden. No argument for a good job there from me, with one exception, BrainlessEddie, you and your cronies are so blind with hypocrisy that you never noticed that these people directly attributed a certain covert operations team to the killing. Specifically one that is based out of my home town. A team that is mourning the loss of their brothers, fathers, uncles, neighbors. Within a month of this outing, Al Qaeda/Taliban forces drew up a plan to draw this team into an ambush, shot down their helicopter and killed a significant number of this team. This was undoubtedly aimed as retribution for the killing of bin Laden and we lost a great number of dedicated people who fought for our freedom. They were outed and targeted. They were outed by the administration, the Commander-In-Chief and his political calculators to get maximum news coverage.

    You want to talk about Mission Accomplished, go to Virginia Beach and talk to the families of the dead sailors you worthless, partisan SCUMBAG! I hope their kids track you down and ambush you. Jerk.
