Sen. Cory Booker Says DHS Secretary Nielsen Acted Like a Nazi

New Jersey Democratic Sen. Cory Booker compared Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen to a Nazi, saying she lied to protect Donald Trump and in doing so was like Nazis who defended themselves by claiming they were just doing their jobs.

Booker made the accusation during an appearance this week on “The Breakfast Club,” a syndicated radio show. He said Nielsen was lying during Senate testimony earlier in the week about not remembering that Donald Trump during a White House meeting with senators had called Haiti, El Salvador, and African Nations “shithole” countries, and that she saw lying to defend Trump as part of her job.

Booker said:

If you come after Jews, if you come after Muslims, if you come after Haitians, El Salvadorans, if you come after my fellow American citizens, I will not tolerate it, and she should have been in the same way, as opposed to just doing her job. Well, we know what happened in Europe when people just did their job.

Booker Tuesday angrily lectured Nielsen during her appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying Trump’s alleged epithet had caused him to emit “tears of rage.”

    • Yep, it’s another example of the plain understanding that politics is show business. They’re all acting out a part given to them by the Party and applauded by the corporate media. Booker has presidential aspirations, so this is the script he received from the Democrats and he played the role perfectly.

  1. President Trump and his minions are the following:
Racists, White Supremists, trying to kill people, against a free Press, Nazis, Stalin-like, insane, cold-blooded, morons, not fit to do anything, and blah blah blah.
    So.
Booker is a crazed, lunatic-like, loud mouthed bad actor.

  2. Psycho/assumptive apartheid against any & all public (& private) servants who may visually & actually represent Western man- that’s what it’s all about since 1945.

  3. Booker isn’t even a good actor. His tears of rage are glycerin squeezed out for the sake of the Dem audience.

He has joined Maxine Waters as a Living Cartoon.

  4. Yeah…this, from a guy who was a few subtitles short of being an almost shot-for-shot parody of Bruno Ganz in “Untergang.” Have you no dignity, sir?

And hey, if the Golden Globes wanted to boost ratings next year, maybe they could find some way to nominate Cory Booker for Best Actress.
